From start to finish, Emma has been outstanding. She handled everything with professionalism, clarity and genuine care. She was consistently responsive, keeping us informed, and taking the time to explain next steps and provide reassurance. Emma was not only efficient and knowledgeable, but also thoughtful and supportive. It genuinely felt like she was invested in helping us secure the right home. Thanks to her guidance and efficient management, we are now moving into what truly feels like a dream home, and I’m very grateful for her role in making that happen. 20th Apr 2026 (15 days ago)I have tried to purchase 2 properties through Freeman Foreman and will never go to them again. They do not appear to value or want to work with buyers. The first time they didnt bother to turn up to a viewing and the second time where very dismissive of an offer i put forward, saying when i had on offer on my property to come back ... but in a dismissive efficiace way. I thought estate agents were meant to work for buys and sellers to get the best deal for their seller ... not upset buyers so they walk away from the agency!

The sale was not an easy one, numerous challenges and hair pulling moments but Hannah & Oliver were tremendous, didn't miss a beat and at every twist & turn were there, proactive, helpful and communicated very openly and honestly. We would highly recommend Savills to everyone - we just hope our next purchase is with Savills.

I can't thank Ben and Barbara enough for the chats and laughter along the way, I mainly dealt with Ben who has an been pleasant and professional all the way. A few teething issues at first, but they were dealt with quickly. Even though this is not my first move, it was the first time on my own...I will most definitely use Peter Oliver if I move again.. A big thank you to the uckfield branch of Peter Oliver.
18th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)By all means, do view your desired property with Cubitt and West. They have some nice, helpful, people working with them who were extremely accommodating. Sadly, our experience was ruined by the sale process, where their recommended conveyancer (DC Law), with whom they claimed to have a very close business relationship, turned out to be totally incompetent and irresponsible. Moreover, the Sales Progressor from Cubitt and West only served to disrupt communications, confuse the process and be highly dismissive when we tried to express how we wanted to proceed. This resulted in consequential losses of thousands of pounds and a lot of unnecessary distress. My recommendation, therefore, is to arrange your own legal advice, and block out the Sales Progressor from the process entirely. Block their email address and phone number if you need to! You will be much better off and have far more control over the process, as ours seemed to only be interested in cashing in their commission.

27th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

They always give 100% when transforming and styling spaces and take time to adjust minute details to allow properties to look their best. On top of that they have great personalities and look after those working with them and their customers. I just received a lovely card thanking me for working with them this year, an unexpected touch of kindness.

Thomas knew exactly what we wanted/needed in a home. Francis gave us updates weekly, daily towards exchange and completion. Also a big Thank You to Adele too. We are in our forever home and it's all Thanks to Thomas and his team.

From the moment I called him up to express interest in the property he had listed, he was exceptionally helpful and attentive to my needs as a buyer. Michael was the key driver in getting my purchase over the line, with his strong communication in liaising, and his proactivity to get things done. I 100% recommend him, especially if you’re less experienced in buying. Alongside Michael, I was also very pleased with Carlos too. Whenever I had any questions, he was always enthusiastic and determined to help me where possible, particularly in Michael’s absence. Thanks so much!
15th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)They were okay. We worked with a few estate agents in the area and ended up buying with Vince Taylor Tofts. They seemed eager at first and then seemed to lose interest after we didn't make an offer on the third house viewing, even going as far as to suggest we make an offer as soon as we'd viewed a house 'because the sellers will have to sell to another interested party if we don't'. One of the managers was also rather...creative in his description of the garden size of a property we viewed which ended up wasting our time, and the time of the agent as it was nothing like he suggested. When our offer was accepted, I made a point of emailing all the agents to let them know, so they don't spend any time looking for us and Oakfield were the only ones who didn't bother responding.- 14th Apr 2026 (21 days ago)Connor and Karen are extremely pleasant professional warm and friendly people.
