Support after we accepted an offer, up to exchange was a great help in sorting out all sorts of problems that arise in the course of searches etc. Only comment is that when a sales person suggests you ask for ‘offers between’ - in reality buyers will only see the lowest price in their heads.

6th Sep 2022 (2 years ago)Keen enthusiastic and friendly staff badly let down by corporate rules and an inflexible IT/software setup which did not enable them to present the property as we wanted. They did get viewings but not many of them were suited to the property age or needs wise. We also didn't like the hard sell 'upgrade' charges they tried to foist on us at the point of signing up, or the never before heard of extortionate 'uplift' commission for a sale over the asking price which was not pointed out to me, and I got them to cancel. Very corporate and money grubbing. - not the fault of the lovely staff.

Fantastic service, they were very approachable throughout the the process of renting and were available for any queries and questions. Highly recommended and the best commercial agency in town - we wouldn't use anyone else.

They communicated at every junction so I and my family knew what stage we were at throughout the process.

They always give 100% when transforming and styling spaces and take time to adjust minute details to allow properties to look their best. On top of that they have great personalities and look after those working with them and their customers. I just received a lovely card thanking me for working with them this year, an unexpected touch of kindness.
4th Sep 2024 (8 days ago)Oakfield handled my sale so well. They dealt with all the viewings. I didn't have to be home. I had a buyer in no time. Communication was fantastic and they was always available to take my calls. There had to be compromises with the completion date which did become complicated. Jo and Rob negotiated on my behalf and kept in constant touch with me and my solicitors. I would highly recommend them.
