We recently used Vince Taylor Tofts to sell my mothers house having previously used Dixon Vince numerous times before and would highly recommend them. Throughout the whole process we were kept informed and any queries were answered promptly. I can not thank Julian enough for his kindness and patience when helping my mother through the initial process and Louise for always being so friendly and helpful, it really was an absolute pleasure dealing with. A huge thanks to all the team and I wish more estate agents held the same standards.

Julian and his team were friendly, reliable and so helpful throughout the long process of selling my house. The sale was drawn out due to outside circumstances and there were times I wanted to pull my hair out in frustration, but a few calm words from Julian always reassured me. I absolutely made the right choice in asking them to sell my house, it would have been a very different experience with another agent for sure. Would 100% recommend them.

For selling a property in the area we don’t feel we could receive any better service than we’ve received from Vince Taylor Tofts and its predecessors. We’ve just completed on our 4th house sale with them over the years and as many purchases, always with the same courtesy, good communication and attention detail. Any problems or queries and they answer emails promptly and professionally, finding answers when all goes quiet. The entire team are friendly and approachable with an incredible wealth of knowledge of the area, experience of the markets and give that personal touch. Locally highly respected, we wouldn't go anywhere else

I would urge anyone selling in the locality and even further afield such as myself - it's not necessary to appoint a local high street agent - to choose Vince Taylor Tofts - it's a shame we can't clone and have a branch in every single town everywhere in the world! They are the best estate agent ever and other less salubrious agents would do well to take a leaf out of their very prestigious book. I love and was empowered by their ethos - they certainly practice what they preach and every single member of the dedicated and professional team - especially my favourite Chris - made the whole - bumpy at times - process run smoothly and were always there to guide and support me - metaphorically holding my hand all the way. I resented the fee paid to the estate agent who sold my previous property - Vince Taylor Tofts deserve every penny. And you will just adore their beautifully stylish & subtle For Sale (green), Sale Agreed (pink) & Sold (orange) illustrated bird signboards adorning your property - very eye-catching and attracted much kerbside interest. My heartfelt thanks again to Chris, Richard, Julian, Louise, Nicky & Charlie - you are all very special :)

We used Taylor Tofts when we purchased our house in 2013, they have since merged with Dixon Vince to become Vince Taylor Tofts. I've used both companies as I've renovated my house to value the house. Both are very professional and knowledgeable of the area. Would highly recommend this combined company and will be using them to sell my house should I need to upsize

We sold my Mum's house back in November 2019 through Dixon Vince (now Vince Tayor Tofts) and jointly with another Estate Agent. We had been trying to sell it for over a year as it was not an easy house to sell, but they did an excellent job. The staff, and particularly Louise, were so helpful and very kind to my Mum. They went above and beyond what could be expected. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Having recently bought and sold through VTT, would have no hesitation in recommending their services. From quality photos right through to careful chain monitoring, the process was conducted expertly. Julian and Louise are also highly personable and easy to deal with.

Having finally reached a decision to relinquish the exhaustion of tending a garden which appeared to get bigger by the day, we recieved three valuations from Uckfield Estate Agents.
In the opinion of my wife and I, when it came to selecting the agency to deal with our house sale, there was only one choice which was Tayor Tofts (now Vince Taylor Tofts). We had met both Chris Tofts and Richard Taylor and from the onset, we were so impressed by their polite and professional manor.
As we went through each stage of the sale process, it only endorsed the fact that our decision to select Taylor Tofts had been the corect one, of that there was no doubt.
I would also mention the fact that their designer "For Sale, Under Offrer and Sold boards", are so refreshingly unique.
