Horrible agency! No communication skills, everyone is lazy to call back and they never do when you kindly ask them to, they just transfer calls and don’t want to communicate. Andy is very unprofessional, all together experience very sad and disappointing. I talked to a lot of people and every one of them says that the agency is very bad which I can confirm! They just take your time and everyone wants to get rid of a phone call with you, too lazy to bother. I tried to communicate with them for more than a month and never got a call back. I’ll make sure the Landlords know how they deal with everything. ????... Read more

Extremely poor communication which I assume transcends through the rest of their business. If you cannot answer emails why bother listing properties in the first instance. If they’ve been sold or let then simply mark them appropriately as that will Make your day so much easier along with mine ????... Read more

Shame you have to give a minimum one star rating as they don't even deserve that. Truly shocking. Never come back to you and advertise properties as available when they have been under offer for months. I'd understand it if their intentions were to collect potential interested parties contact details incase the deal falls but its a case of 'ahh that one has gone now sorry. Thanks bye'. Shocking service Almost every business/ property you enquire about has been sold many many months ago!! When they don’t have the decency to tell you, instead you see it marked as sold a day or 2 later. I have now been waiting on various viewings for over a month, I just gave up and decided to not bother with this company There loss I suppose Ps if it’s not too embarrassing for you to contact me I am still waiting on a viewing for the empty Blackpool premises formerly Toni and Guys I won’t hold my breath... Dreadful customer communication . Ive bid on two properties with them over the years both bid over the asking price and never got an answer from them, I had to keep calling them. I booked a viewing for a third property they didn't turn up to show me around. I Tried booking a 4th viewing and they've never got back to me. Following on from my review Adam stepped up and went above and beyond to help and to rectify my previous experiences. My advice if you need to deal with Duxbury's going forward would be to request dealing with him.... Read more

Adam skillfully stepped in and saved a sale that had been under negotiation for 10 months. He made me (the seller) realise that selling a business is not just about handing over the keys. I'd got frustrated and already issued my intent to withdraw. After a good chat with the buyer Adam also got him to give the commitment we needed. Without Adam's involvement it's quite clear the sale would have failed. Duxburys gave me a first rate service through a very difficult economic climate. Hayley (staff) was fabulous to deal with and her knowledge and expertise kept me sane through much of the process. Highly recommended.... Read more

First rate service during an extended and VERY difficult time. When we thought all had been done and the sale was about to fail Adam stepped in and steered us to completion. Wise beyond his years he made me step back and realise selling a commercial business isn't just about handing the keys over. He really did save the day and we owe him BIG TIME. They provided a thorough home buyers survey for us that was thorough and flagged up several issues that needed further examination. The price was competitive for the area and the report was in our hands less than a week after initial contact. Staff are very friendly and quick to respond.
