If I could put zero star I would have done it. This must be one of the worst estate agent in Blackpool. Lack of customer service and not professional at all. They come to do the inspection you tell them something is wrong in the property and they do nothing about it. They never answer to your emails, you ring them and said we haven't read the emails yet but will keep in touch but not even enquiring why I contacted them in the first place, what if it was an emergency? They don't care. Stay away from them. Their service is shocking. Avoid them... Read more

be very weary of this easte agents they are very very rude to people and put the the phone down on them and then tell people they will call back but dont they then think they are above the law and they are not we rented a broken bungalow and then got blame for it being broken we got told to buy a key that the landlord should have got not us cos we didnt lose it if you can stear clear of them in all they do not care less about how they treat people they are bad news big time... One member of staff is horrible and rude Katie,her attitude towards myself and partner is unprofessional,will be writing a letter of complaint to her boss, we have complained about many issues with the property including damp and noise and nothing has been done as all she told me was you don't like it move out. She is disgrace to the company. Will be going to the council about the state of the property. Wow one your rude everytime we phone and oh look damp still not sorted after 3months so yeah people can see your lies.... Read more
