Extremely poor experience and lack of professionalism. Had a viewing booked for 4 pm today. I notified the estate agent that I would’ve arrived 10 mins late, and it turns out the estate agents not only could not accommodate a really short delay and do the viewing at 4:10 pm instead, but they couldn’t have done 4 pm either due to staff constraints and poor communication with the property management agency. And they made it seem like it was my delay that was the issue, when actually 4 pm wouldn’t have been possible from the start. However, what is most upsetting to me is that they only called to inform me when I was on the train already to go and see the property - a 4 hour journey. And after the day before the viewing was confirmed again over the phone. So it’s honestly beyond comprehension to me how a short delay could be met with such intransigence. The viewing would’ve lasted more than 10 minutes anyway - this is just ridiculous.... Read more

Twice now I’ve phoned about properties advertised on Rightmove, only to be told in a very abrupt manner ‘sorry, it’s sold’ (over a week ago in this instance, apparently, and it’s STILL not been marked as sold). I shan’t bother again. It’s a shame though, we are wanting to sell 3 properties also, and I’d heard good things, but being treated poorly as a buyer has lost them my business as a seller....
