Move Holmes sets an example that other letting agencies should follow. If yo are a landlord looking to rent any of your properties in the Blackpool area then you would be wise to use this company and, in fact, move your properties to Move Holmes. They actually understand the meaning of 'managing' Which they do very well indeed. I have given property keys to Debbie and the whole process is dealt with from start to finish with no nonsense or excuses. Their tenants are obviously personally dealt with in a similar manner as all my properties are with good long term, PAYING occupants. The office staff are all efficient and responsive with excellent knowledge of the industry that they are in. Save yourself the headaches and use Move Holmes, these people actually know what they are doing and can be fully trusted, unlike, I am afraid most of the others!!... Read more

I want to change my review regarding moveholmes. They were very helpful at first then the problems started. They took time in doing work that needed doing there was a leak in the roof the floorboards were broken and basically they couldn't really give a damn about there tenants welfare. And they lied about the landlord wanting to sell property my home. And have now moved someone else in and I nearly became homeless because of the situation. In all a big ????. If others choose to use there services then please be careful. Because you will be stung by them... Read more

For me when I applied for a flat it wasn't the letting agency. They are go-betweens with alliance housing group. I gave them the letting agency all my documents to be processed by alliance housing group so when I asked for my documents Back they said I had been given them back which was totally untrue I reported my electric meter was eating up the electric which they didn't do anything until I demanded some to check for me a second rate letting agency avoid them at all costs... Move Holmes has been a truly awful experience, as a first time landlord. I have had repair deductions taken from my statement amounts that I've not been notified about or authorised. There was also a rental increase that was not authorised, and I asked TWICE not to happen but went ahead anyway. I'm currently in the middle of an official complaint and awaiting the outcome, as I was charged a rather hefty 'termination fee' in order to leave them after 16 months. They really have made this experience absolutely dreadful and I have now changed to another property management company.... Read more
