Avoid at all costs. Very misleading company. They tried to claim £350 from my deposit for a few hooks in the wall! MAKE SURE TO DISPUTE ON DPS. As soon as I raised the dispute, they dropped their claim by £200! They are crooks.

Need to avoid 28A DRAYTON ROAD at all costs. The couple there turn away all new residents and seem to think they own the place.
Lived there about a month ago and one night I really needed to use the washing machine so I asked the couple who lived downstairs when they be finished. Suddenly the boyfriend switches on me and spits in my face?!
How an earth can this behaviour be tolerated?
Landlord was decent tho very friendly.

URGENT MUST READ - 28A DRAYTON ROAD
Landlord was lovely and helpful when we needed him. But DON'T under any circumstances move to 28A DRAYTON ROAD
There's a couple living there whom have been there since January and they spit a new tenants, containment your food, make prejudice gestures, force entry into other people's rooms, pour dirty water into the back garden, play ridiculously loud music late at night and try to physically fight you whilst you make your dinner.
We've spoken to previous tenants and unfortunately our experience isn't new.
How they are not evicted is beyond me?!
Not going to be too harsh on the landlord about it tho as I've mentioned earlier he was very friendly and did extremely well in these tough circumstances.
Just watch your back if you decide to live in said property ???? I'm sure every other place will be fine though ????

One of the greatest agencies I have ever worked! We are really happy with our boyfriend. All team are very helpful, you can contact with them easily and quickly, they care about tenants wishes, solving problems together, good time management and everything is based on formal and reliable job.
