The two girls from the Chadderton office Amanda & Sophie have been absolutely fantastic they’ve put me at ease each time I’ve seen them at the property and answered my questions thoroughly! There both very smart ladies and most professional!! On my first viewing at the property they made me very welcome and made the home very inviting! We cannot fault the service that my brother and I received from all the staff at the Chadderton branch of Ryder and Dutton, when dealing with the sale of our deceased mother's property. All the staff were courteous and helpful but particularly Elki and Cody were the two members of staff who we dealt with. I recently purchased a property to let in Failsworth and decided to have Ryder and Dutton manage my letting for me, as they already manage one of my other properties and have always been efficient and very professional. Leann came to view the property and she provided excellent advice and guidance, which saved me from doing a lot of unnecessary work. Lindsey has been amazing from start to finish, she provided constant updates and always responded to my emails within a reasonable time frame, some times she would ring with an update of the back of an email I sent which was even better. She understood how stressed and worried I was with the whole process of moving home and constantly reassured me and put me at ease, she explained the answers to my questions in simple terms which made it less stressful for me as I understood rather than using all the professional lingo terms. Where do we start, An amazing team at Chadderton Office we could not of wished for a better estate agents to sell our property. Andrea has been absolutely amazing professional from start to finish always helpful and friendly. We recently exchanged and completed, I can’t thank you Andrea enough, Andrea was at the end of the phone or email whenever we needed her. Thank you ever so much to Lynsey also.... Believe me when I say they really do take the stress away when it comes to selling your house. They chased our solicitor’s, the buyers solicitor’s and the buyers themselves. Andrea from the Chadderton office handled the purchase of my home. She was great from the very first call, she passed information between myself and the vendor quickly and efficiently which was refreshing (having dealt with slow estate agent staff in the past).
