The agency itself it's fine but I want to make everyone aware of a corrupt landlord Paul Ginty who made me homeless by accusing me of running an illegal massage business from the flat in Moston! This was just a few days after I've moved in, I refused him to come to the flat to do some random repairs I wasn't told about right at the beginning. I let him finish off what he meant to do at first but he kept coming up with other excuses to do other repairs which didn't need doing. He seemed very desperate to come in do them even though there wasn't any repairs left to do. I work as a counsellor from home over the phone and the tenant has a right to privacy. He's a dodgy landlord who believed he could take advantage of me because I was a young woman, so be aware. He sent me intimidating text messages saying he would just walk in, which upset me because I felt he could appear at any time as there was only 1 lock on the door and I didn't feel safe. He only gave me 1 days notice to leave, when by law its between 1 or 2 months. I was homeless for 3 months because of him, sleeping on sofas, having to put all my stuff into storage and going through more stress which I didn't need after seeing my dad dying of cancer few months earlier, I will not let anyone treat me like this, he's probably never been told NO by a woman and I believe this is what triggered him. He is a horrible and disgusting landlord and shouldn't be trusted.

Cancelled my appointments twice and moved it forward just to say 2 days later that flat is sold. Feel sorry for sellers because they not trying to get most money for the propertys.

NP Estates review / feedback
When a relative sadly passed away last year, I was left needing to sell a property in an area I was not familiar with. I did not know where to start in terms of getting a valuation or who was the best agent locally.
Each time I visited the area to empty the property, I noticed that most of the properties for sale had NP Estates boards up, and many of them were either marked sold or let. I felt that this was a good indicator that these were good agents.
Having met Steven at the property for the valuation I soon realised why everyone was selling with NP Estates. Professional, friendly, very knowledgeable and talked me through everything in a simplified way without all the legal jargon.
I received a full written valuation the same day and did not hesitate to Instruct NP Estates to market my property.
Everything from then on in was seamless, all viewings were handled by NP, and I was given access to an online portal where I could see scheduled viewings, feedback from viewers and any offers made. Feedback was often uploaded the same day as the viewing had taken place!
Once I had decided to accept an offer, an agent was allocated to deal with the sale right up until completion. I can’t thank Lauren enough for all her hard work in making sure the sale was dealt with in a timely manner and as smoothly as possible.
For me, communication is key in these transactions and Lauren was extremely proactive in updating me weekly if not sooner. She was always on hand to answer any queries whether it be phone or email, and nothing was ever too much trouble.
They say that selling a home is one of the most stressful things you will ever do. I can honestly say that in this instance, that was not the case. I was really impressed with the level of service from NP Estates, and I would highly recommend them to both buyers and sellers.

Provided a great service from start to finish. Worked with Keira, who made sure to keep me in the loop and updated each step of the way with completing my house purchase. They were amazing throughout the process and looked after me. Would highly recommend N P Estates for the service provided. Although didn't work very long with Lauren, they were also great to deal with.

We've just bought a property through NP Estates and would definitely recommend using the lovely team here. Lauren has been so helpful throughout and phoned regularly to give updates and check if we had any questions. She made house buying alot less stressful for us!

Poor service, put an asking price on a property to be told I was not successful and agent would not discuss the reason why, more fiddle than the great ravialli the great Italian fiddler, can, t wait till the arse falls out of the property market and the agents are struggling to sell,

Probably one of the worst estate agent services I've ever come across.
Delayed applications, unprofessional phone attendants, and lack of concern for clients.
Sending fake or broken email addresses and PDFs - and that's a statement as a potential tenant. God help those who are already trapped under their service.
Disorganisation will probably be the downfall of this company.
