The agency itself it's fine but I want to make everyone aware of a corrupt landlord Paul Ginty who made me homeless by accusing me of running an illegal massage business from the flat in Moston! This was just a few days after I've moved in, I refused him to come to the flat to do some random repairs I wasn't told about right at the beginning. I let him finish off what he meant to do at first but he kept coming up with other excuses to do other repairs which didn't need doing. He seemed very desperate to come in do them even though there wasn't any repairs left to do. I work as a counsellor from home over the phone and the tenant has a right to privacy. He's a dodgy landlord who believed he could take advantage of me because I was a young woman, so be aware. He sent me intimidating text messages saying he would just walk in, which upset me because I felt he could appear at any time as there was only 1 lock on the door and I didn't feel safe. He only gave me 1 days notice to leave, when by law its between 1 or 2 months. I was homeless for 3 months because of him, sleeping on sofas, having to put all my stuff into storage and going through more stress which I didn't need after seeing my dad dying of cancer few months earlier, I will not let anyone treat me like this, he's probably never been told NO by a woman and I believe this is what triggered him. He is a horrible and disgusting landlord and shouldn't be trusted.... Read more

NP Estates review / feedback When a relative sadly passed away last year, I was left needing to sell a property in an area I was not familiar with. I did not know where to start in terms of getting a valuation or who was the best agent locally. Each time I visited the area to empty the property, I noticed that most of the properties for sale had NP Estates boards up, and many of them were either marked sold or let. I felt that this was a good indicator that these were good agents. Having met Steven at the property for the valuation I soon realised why everyone was selling with NP Estates. Professional, friendly, very knowledgeable and talked me through everything in a simplified way without all the legal jargon. I received a full written valuation the same day and did not hesitate to Instruct NP Estates to market my property. Everything from then on in was seamless, all viewings were handled by NP, and I was given access to an online portal where I could see scheduled viewings, feedback from viewers and any offers made. Feedback was often uploaded the same day as the viewing had taken place! Once I had decided to accept an offer, an agent was allocated to deal with the sale right up until completion. I can’t thank Lauren enough for all her hard work in making sure the sale was dealt with in a timely manner and as smoothly as possible. For me, communication is key in these transactions and Lauren was extremely proactive in updating me weekly if not sooner. She was always on hand to answer any queries whether it be phone or email, and nothing was ever too much trouble. They say that selling a home is one of the most stressful things you will ever do. I can honestly say that in this instance, that was not the case. I was really impressed with the level of service from NP Estates, and I would highly recommend them to both buyers and sellers.
