First selling house experience, so pleased I have used Ruder & Dutton! Tony was quick to reply to my enquiry for a house evaluation and been so helpful since answering all my questions. Lindsey was amazing keeping me updating on the offers and and giving me advises on how to manage it.

I bought my house through Ryder and Dutton and Lindsey was exemplary throughout the process. Not only was the purchase during the very busy run up to Christmas, but also during a time of personal difficulties. Lindsey’s communication with myself through out the process was extremely professional and efficient- she answered every query promptly and was very approachable and friendly from start to finish. Lindsey made me have every confidence that Ryder and Dutton had my best interests at heart which was very reassuring as this was the first house I had bought by myself. Myself and my wife had an amazing experience with Gabrielle. She was so patient with us and never once pushed or made us feel uncomfortable even though we had taken up a lot of her time on the first day. Not only that, what impressed us the most were the regular updates and the extra effort she put in to make sure things got done.This whole experience for me and my wife has been very relaxed and with minimal stress thanks to Gabrielle doing so much behind the scenes.

Ryder & Dutton in Glossop were just great! We dealt with Ryan and his a professionalism guided us through what was not a straightforward purchase. He kept his colleague Declan up to date with progress so we even had a back up contact. He also kept us up to date on progress and managed to negotiate an acceptable price on our property. Please see my reviews on Keenans, Entwistle Green and Ryder-Dutton's website in Rawtenstall. The Valley is definitely not for the refined or faint hearted. If you are thick skinned and swear like a trooper then you'll fit right, right in. Ask Together Housing. They have a long, long list of complaints from me about the appalling behaviour of their tenants.
