Excellent service. The process was made very easy in selling our home. All the staff were very helpful, Mark, Lorna and especially Joanne who went above and beyond, answering all our questions, gathering information and keeping us updated throughout the process.
There is no other estate agents I would use.

Very unhappy with the service, never get the answers I ask for and had to get the council and environmental health in as it’s got so bad, I’ve actually spoke with a lot of marks tenants and his off the book ones and they have all been left in the same position, not helpful at all

There's a very rude and pushy employee named Mark who pressured us with lies and used overly aggressive sales tactics. His approach was more suited to a place like Poundland, where people don’t need to think much before making a purchase. The service I experienced was extremely upsetting and disrespectful.

Any contact i had was always friendly especially when i viewed the property a cpl of times. My only complaint is the lack of communication between staff. I phoned to tell you that my 1st buyer pulled out but i was still interested in the property. About a month later I received a call from your office asking why my sale was taking so long as they hadn’t been informed of the sale falling through. Then when i viewed the property for the 2nd time i was asked again why it was taking so long.

Very happy with the service received as a buyer from hunters. I had a set area i was interested in and after a few viewings i got to know the agents and they got to know me, they then ensured that every property meeting my requirements hunters got directly in touch with me before properties even going live online to see if i was interested in viewing which was a great help and felt like a very personal service. They made my search much easier and kept me in the forefront of their minds. During the purchasing process they kept me up to date and acted as a fantastic line of communication between myself and the seller, and as a first time buyer i found them invaluable for explaining the process which at times was confusing. Hunters staff were all extremely supportive and kind, super approachable and i could not have asked for a better service! Mark, Joanne and Lorna have all been amazing at the hollinwood branch. Even down to collecting my keys the 3 ladies in the office were lovely and genuinely appeared happy for me and my purchase. We’ve had interaction with most of the estate agents in the Oldham area. For our latest house sale, we were using a national agent (colour+building material ????). We replaced them with Hunters after constantly being messed around. They were fantastic and got involved in the coordination of the sale, taking a lot of the load off us. We decided to sell our house to downsize we tried two or three agents but the one who seemed to be most helpful was hunters on Hollins road and we were proved right in our choice from the first call for a free valuation to completion and moving went like clockwork any questions were answered quickly and we were kept informed all the way through the process. At first there seemed to be a lot of form filling which we uploaded on their web site to their legal team who again were very helpful, we were kept informed by them at every stage and again if we had any queries Joanne and Sara were only a phone call away and they did answer our calls asap We would recommend them to anyone who has any doubts

I contacted a well known Oldham based estate agent who wanted to put a house I was selling up for auction valuing it around £50 - £55,000. I then got in touch with Hunters who put my house on the market for £75,000. We were inundated with offers but Hunters stuck to the £75,000. The house was sold within 2 weeks. I would recommend Hunters without hesitation.

Booked a valuation after my neighbour recommended them....Sold mine before them!
Mark was very knowledgeable about the local market and gave me realistic expectations regarding price and timescale.
All of my dealings with the office staff was by telephone and it was a very pleasant experience.
As usual I had problems with Solicitors and this may have added a couple of weeks to the process but I couldn't fault the Hunters teams input.

Had a bad experience when purchasing a property as the solicitor dealing with it messed it up and threatened us losing the property and making us in arrears with the lender. No support from the solicitors, just a big headache and expect you to just deal with it.

Great service and lovely people. We had a bunch of issues with our move, but the team worked alongside us all the way. They found us a great offer and held all the communication together. They are very easy to talk to and really felt they cared. If they had not been so tenacious we would have not moved. I can not thank them enough. I was even glad to pay them, they really earned their money!
