Awful, the flat itself cozy and the location is perfect, but the water system and the incompetence of the Rendall&Rittners estate team is making our days as a horror. None of us in this building complex had hot water/heating for over 2 weeks in December. Rubbish collection is always a problem. Today is the 5th day we are here with no water in the flats and the estate management team thinks that giving out bottled waters is an appropriate solution in the middle of pandemic. We can’t flush the toilette, no washing hands, taking shower, doing laundry, washing dishes or cleaning is impossible. Pls do let me know if this is OK to manage a situation like this ?
