I had an issue at my rental property in mid April, with regards to a loss of water for 24 hours & to resolve the matter we had to call out an emergency plumber.
Jordon at Eddison White has been absolutely fantastic. It was recognised the issue was as a result of an error by the water supplier and their contractor.
Jordon got in touch with the water supplier and logged a complaint with their Claims Team in mid April.
He has chased them weekly for updates with regards to getting a satisfactory resolution, as the landlord I was looking for reimbursement for the costs of the emergency plumber.
Jordon could have quite easily advised I had to deal with the water supplier but all credit to him for his perseverance and commitment.
The matter was finally resolved in the first week of June, when the water supplier agreed to cover my costs.
This would not have been possible without Jordon's input. He has been top drawer and deserves 5 Stars

Last year when I make an 50GBP higher offer than the asking price, my landlord asked for 25GBP, claiming something due to our backgorund he needs to add extra 25GBP which is nuts, James liased with him and stop him from doing so.
However, don't know if he has resigned or not coz haven't seen his name since then. Things have been changed. We have a cubby hole in our flat and the landlord didn't get rid of the rubbish inside and even asked me to help find a company and clear it.
We are about to move out now. We have given timeslots for viewing, with one of the rooms filled with boxes because of packing ,our large amount of belongings and the fact that we can't use the cubby hole. Our landlord told us that agents from Eddison White told him that the flat was in a shocking state because of the boxes and thus affect offer making and asked us to PAY MORE EFFORT in making sure the flat is 'presentable'. He even demanded the same day clearance after the cubby hole being cleared recently because of the viewing. Agents from Eddisonwhite simply passed the message to us without thinking if that's really our responsibilty and if the landlord's request is reasonable, let alone his demanding tone.
Every time there is a viewing we tidy the flat, and we managed to clear the cubby hole, but couldn't find any terms in the tenancy agreement requiring us to clear boxes, and make sure the flat is representable (from the agent perspective) for viewing. We asked for the term but received no reply.
Also, the asking price of the rent has risen 20% when compared to the asking price last year. This could also be a huge reason for it not being able to let out yet but the blame is on us.
We feel not respected, and with Eddison white definitely sided with the landlord and giving us demanding requirements with how our home should be like at the last one or two months of our lease. This is an appalling experience and I think public deserves to know our experience.

In many cases, bad reviews are from tenants who have given false or misleading information on their applications to rent. They then lose their holding deposits. My advice to tenants. Be truthful. If you have poor credit, say so. If you earn £20,000 don't say you earn £30,000, if you are self employed, have a tax return done. Look after the property you are in and pay the rent on time. Remember the landlord or agent will be giving you a reference. If there is work to be done, its normally the agent waiting for the landlord to respond. Yes agents make mistakes but my experience of using eddisonwhite is that they have found great tenants and acted professionally in renting our property.

I have used the letting managements services for the past 8 years whilst living in Australia. The service has been superb. In that period I've had 3 separate tenants, the change overs have been seamless, excellent communications and excellent maintenance of the property.
More recently I have used EddisonWhite to sell my property and again the service has been top notch, with my agent going the extra mile dealing with solicitors very effectively to push them along and complete the sale for me. This was all done with a superb commission % as well. I was extremely grateful for this service being located on the other side of the world.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Eddison White to anyone for letting or selling purposes.

Honestly only giving one star because zero wasn't an option.
The most incompetent people I have met, with no sense of responsibility or initiative. I wish I had written this after one negative experience but after 18 months of dealing with this company I can honestly say that if I owned a property, I would never ever consider using them.
I have multiple friends in the exact same industry who agree with me, their companies would never preform to the low standards provided by this company.
My advise is use literally any other, of the many, companies listed for your property.
