We’ve had a very positive experience with Ellisons with us just having exchanged on a property earlier this month. We’ve spend the better part of the last year viewing houses with Aidan in the South Park Gardens area and with every viewing we came away with something new (in terms of knowledge and understanding of the trade-offs you inevitably face as a buyer). I recently purchased in the area and was assisted by Ellions estate agents. I primarily worked with Mahul who was absolutely amazing. He was very efficient at coordinating communication between several parties. In my case, the transaction was not a straighforward one and without Mahul's assistance could have easily dragged on a month or two. I was very impressed by his performance as an agent. Ellisons as an estate agency as great and this is from the perspective of someone who prettu much worked with all big name estate agencies (I attempted to purchase 8 times????). My only regret is I wish I had gotten the opportunity to work with them sooner. I know people generally do not have good things to say about EAs but in my experience the EAs here are genuine, efficient and sympathetic. You actually have that feeling of we are working together on this. Shoutout to Adrian and Sam who helped along this journey too!... Read more
