Ellisons but more specifically both Mahul & Adian were absolutely amazing during the purchase of my first home! All my friends and family told me it would take at least 6 months, from my offer made to exchange/completion it was 2 months (!) Highly recommend, and the solicitor he recommended me was second to none - seamless.

We have been very happy with everything the Ellisons team have done to help us move. Ellisons were professional throughout: at the initial valuation they really listened to us and gave us a realistic valuation and they were never pushy (unlike other agents). Ellisons found us a buyer very quickly and maintained good contact with us and the buyer throughout the process, doing everything they could to ensure it moved quickly. The team were always very polite and a pleasure to deal with. When we couldn't secure a house to buy, Ellisons were very patient and Ellisons found us new buyers when our buyers pulled out and again worked exceptionally hard to maintain the chain. Ellisons have been a fine and thoroughly decent estate agent to work with, keeping me well-informed throughout the process. I mainly dealt with Aidan and Sam who were very genuine and hardworking on my behalf, and understanding of a difficult selling situation. I had used Ellisons in Mitchum several years ago, after being let down by two previous agents, and they were marvellous then as well. I would absolutely recommend this team to others, and would happily make use of their services again.

We bought from Ellison recently. Mahul and the whole team were very helpful, professional, patient, persuasive (yet not pushy) and have great local knowledge. They were very patient in answering my questions and quick in communication. Overall very happy with Ellison and I would definitely use them if and when we sell this house. Definitely no 1 agent in South Park Gardens and nearby area.
