I had an issue at my rental property in mid April, with regards to a loss of water for 24 hours & to resolve the matter we had to call out an emergency plumber.
Jordon at Eddison White has been absolutely fantastic. It was recognised the issue was as a result of an error by the water supplier and their contractor.
Jordon got in touch with the water supplier and logged a complaint with their Claims Team in mid April.
He has chased them weekly for updates with regards to getting a satisfactory resolution, as the landlord I was looking for reimbursement for the costs of the emergency plumber.
Jordon could have quite easily advised I had to deal with the water supplier but all credit to him for his perseverance and commitment.
The matter was finally resolved in the first week of June, when the water supplier agreed to cover my costs.
This would not have been possible without Jordon's input. He has been top drawer and deserves 5 Stars

Brilliant service and very professional. They helped us find the perfect home for my family and dealt with any requirements as quickly as possible. I am the executor of my late mother's will and used Eddison White to sell her house in Wimbledon.
