Very prompt with handling maintenance issues - no quibbles, and good quality contractors are used, who get the job done quickly and neatly. No rent rises in our first 3 years, but sadly our rent went up 8.4% in 2023 and a further 2.3% this year - but Eightfold have been very helpful in negotiating with the landlord about the increases.

Eightfold is poorly run, with a lack of honesty, integrity and an incredible lack of any concern and respect for their tenants. Eightfold represent all the worst traits of lettings agents. I'm amazed this company get any good reviews at all. Not surprising that most of the good reviews are from landlords and ALL the bad ones from tenants. If you are a tenant, my advice would be to steer well clear of this revolting company if at all possible.
