With all the landlords/estate agents i've had in the past in London, Brighton, and Hanoi - I can not make it clear enough how fantastic these guys are. I've personally been dealing with Gary Cloherty, who's lovely and sorts everything immediately. They're flexible, kind, and prompt. They were very professional when dealing with a complicated neighbourly conflict.They restored my faith in estate agents and landlords. 1000% recommend. I used Avard on a recommendation and the service was second to none, Gary answered all my questions and queries efficiently and nothing was ever too much to ask going above and beyond to achieve a sale above desired price.
Gavin was very supportive on my first experience and put me at ease, taking all the stress out of the sale from start to finish.

I have been extremely impressed with my recent dealings with these guys. They have helped me through, what turned out to be, a rather complicated flat sale with honesty, knowledge, support and excellent communication.
Genuinely going above and beyond in all aspects from photos, viewings, negotiations, chasing the chain and seeing the sale through to the bitter end!
