We would love to give 10 stars if we could! Tom at K&K was instrumental in helping us buy our first home. He went above and beyond to back our corner and help us purchase our dream flat - even where there were lengthly delays from our end. Tom was always on hand to help with any issues we had and always responded promptly and even called us with the good news after hours (when our offer had been accepted) which felt so personal and really showed how much they care about both the seller and buyer. It's been a long journey for us to buy our first home but we couldn't be happier to have done so through K&K. We will absolutely be recommending them to anyone! Thanks so much again x

Luke , Ryan and the whole team at Knight & Knoxley are a cut above other Estate Agents. In this climate tenants are generally treated poorly but our experience was excellent from start to finish. The team were courteous and efficient and didn't employ the awful practices such as cramming viewings or submitting aggressive tenancy clauses. They were flexible and prompt regarding snags that came up during the tenancy. As a landlord myself, it was reassuring to see this high level of service.

We appointed Knight and Knoxley following a review of 3 local Brighton agents to act in a Probate sale of the home of our much-loved relative. Tom Foote was outstanding in working with us, and it was as much his thoughtful personal style which gave us so much confidence as well as his professionalism. He understood the sentimental side of our house sale, and almost seems to have matched the buyers to us! He also had great engagement with the first-time buyers. On a practical level, the team led by Tom marketed the property really effectively, kept us updated on all key milestones, handled all visits - and worked at a real pace to complete the sale to a very tight deadline. The team of Tom, Luke and Ryan were all excellent and we would highly recommend Knight&Knoxley.

I recently purchased my first home with Knight and Knoxley, Nat and the team made the whole process so easy! Nat was always happy to help with all of my queries and managed to get me moved in within 3 months of my first viewing. As a first time buyer the whole process was a little daunting but Nat and the team were always there to help me along the way. Would highly recommend them, they're a great team!

The team at Knight and Knoxely are amazing, I joined them for work experience and straight away received a warm welcome. I learnt a lot despite only being with the company for just three days, learning much about what is necessary to make a company thrive. Luke was an amazing help, explaining to me how the team works together and giving me an idea whats required to make property development successful. Tom, who also works at Knight and Knoxley, took me on a viewing with clients showing a professional but relaxed manor that that was informed but not too pushy.
Great thanks to the team, for letting me have the opportunity to have my work experience at Knight and Knoxely.

Me and my partner managed to buy our first property with Knight and Knoxley. It was surprisingly such a breeze and this is all thanks to Luke and the team's brilliant work. Their communication is on point, with their response rate incredibly fast and so personal they made the whole process feel special and not stressful at all. They even got us champagne for us to celebrate the key pickup day! Everyone they recommended was also great, including Brendon our mortgage broker and Phaedra our solicitor who all contributed to us getting our house in under 3 months with zero hiccups. We really owe the team a lot as they went above and beyond with their service. Thank you again for all your hard work!
