We rented through Q for a number of years. All problems were resolved by the Landlord. When we moved out they withheld our deposit for no reason and even when Deposit Protection found in our favour still kept items on the check out form.
I ended up paying a fraction of what they demanded and should have had more back but they refused to take some items off even though they confirmed it was not my responsibilty. BEWARE

Shockingly unprofessional. Arranged a viewing on Saturday afternoon, drove down from the Guildford area (over 2 hour round trip). Viewed the property and was told that we should ring on Monday if we were interested. Called on Monday but no answer so emailed them to say we were interested. Called on Tuesday to find out what was going on only to be told that the the landlord had already accepted an offer the previous week! Be warned.

I am a freelance photographer and have been taking photographs for Q Estate Agents for many years now. The team are always friendly and helpful, as well as being super organised and clear in all their dealings with me. James and Jim have always been a joy to work for and over the years, as other members of staff have come and gone, they have selected staff for the team who meet the company's high standards of professionalism and who are just genuinely lovely people. Also I love that they take their environmental responsibilities seriously, are planting trees and aiming for net zero!

I moved to Q Estate Agents after a sale with a previous agent fell through after 5 months of accepting the offer. I was moving abroad and after my previous experience, I wanted to have a quick sale. Everybody at Q was fantastic. They kept me updated at every stage of the process and really understood my situation. I had dozens of viewings when it was a very quiet time in the market and we got the sale completed within a few months. Would highly recommend!

After months of searching unsuccessfully for a house in Brighton we discovered Q Estate Agents who showed us our now new home, pointing out ways to make it into the property we needed. They also provided very useful information about our area and services we might need, always available for advice and viewings. We would really recommend these guys they made us feel they were there to help us through what can be a very exciting but stressful time.

Refreshingly professional! I came across Q Estate Agents several years ago when my trust in this industry was badly dented. Much to their credit, they have restored it. Initially letting and recently selling a flat, I could not fault the service provided by this small and very personable team. Jim and James did a superb job carefully and calmly steering the sale from marketing to completion in less than three months. Clearly an effective duo who definitely set a benchmark for estate agents.
