Great for Landlords. Daliano always goes above and beyond, always gets me the best tenants, just let out 4 properties through them in the last year alone, not going anywhere else. We also use their management company to look after some of our properties, and never had any issues. Fairly priced, not the cheapest, but good quality reflects in their work. Daliano phoned up early one Monday morning with a viewing the same day, I was in a rush to get moved in as I was starting a new job far away from my previous and wanted to get stationed nearby within the short time I had free, payments and contracts were processed within the week and by Friday I was driving back to the property to pickup keys, would recommend.... Misleading ads about rentings or agents lying to cover themselves. I contacted them regarding a studio flat and been told that pets are not allowed in the property. After mentioning the new law about pets, I had the agent saying that it's legal for them to refuse pets as it's a share house. So or the ads about the studio flat was misleading and then fake or the agent lied to cover up himself. In both cases not a professional agency at all.... Read more
