The lords associates as a company are definitely worth their claims of professionalism and attention to detail; as far as customers requirements/needs is concerned.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone moving into the west London area. This does not limit their scope of expertise, as I genuinely believe that they may as well be doing very well elsewhere in England.

I went through my purchase with Lord Associates, and dealt with Kasim Kashmiri throughout the entire process.
Buying and selling in a pandemic, near to the bottom of a very long chain, our experience came with all the logistical obstacles imaginable.
However, each event was met with care, responsiveness and support from Kasim.

Booked an appointment with Nigel (sales negotiator) for 2:15pm who told me he will be 5-10 mins late to thehthe appointment I arrived at Barlee close at 2:25pm. Upon arrival I rang Nigel as he was no where to be found at the appointment, without an apology he told me he had left for his other appointment in slough, he blamed me for being late and rudely put the phone down on me. I was shocked and rang his office and spoke to Louie (Property Manager) confirmed the appointment was booked for 2:15pm. I insisted on speaking to the branch manager but I was told he is on annual leave upon insisting he tried to put me through to him. I asked Qasim Kashmiri (Branch Manager) what sort of cow boys does he have working for himself he then initially said he will not hear anything against his staff and tried to end the call. But after I explained him the whole situation he said he will try to re arrange the appointment. My advice to the landrods and home owners is if you ever wonder why they haven't sold or rented your house it's not because the market is bad it's because of Lord associates of Londons unprofessional and not so bothered attitude. AVOID THIS COMPANY who doesn't value it's clients.

They messed up council tax forms and demanded rent, two months after I had left the property!! I don't undertsand why we had such a negative experience after all these 5 star reviews.

Absolutely atrocious letting agents working with sub-par landlords. Left without heating for winter and most of the rest of the tenancy leading to mould throughout the house, which they tried to blame on us. Various things around the house were broken at the start of the tenancy which the landlord promised to fix or replace but never did. Landlord sent around a plumber to look at the system who said that extensive works were required. Landlord baulked at this and didn't fix it until the summer in the last weeks of the tenancy. Letting agents were no help at all with trying to sort this.
Whilst the agents seemed friendly enough at the start of the communication, this was just a facade. Communication was poor in emails and toward the end of the tenancy they avoided phone calls. Did not send through the proper forms on time and since the end of the tenancy have been emailing me at around 23:30-00:30 every night. Tenancy ended over 6 months ago.
Tried taking a large part of the deposit which eventually went through adjudication process where they only got 1/3 of their claim.
Avoid like the plague.

After several big high street Estate Agents unsuccessfully tried to sale our property for nearly two years and only managed to drop the price twice .
After this horrible experience we decided to go with Lords Associates and they find a buyer within a month with great offer for the house!

Absolute 5 Star Agency, i have used a few estate agents in my time but none are like Lords, i cannot recommend them highly enough, i was dreading finding a new property that was within my budget but Lords made the whole process very easy for me. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
The worst service I ever ever receive in myy life.
Before papers are signed, everything perfect, after, they just gonna find different ways to take your money,from a house of 6 tenants they took from a deposit of 600 each, 350,so 350 times 6 for cleaning and gardening, which in reality was for the owner of the property make some changes in the kitchhen and lords get some extra pounds.
If you can avoid!
I will make a formal conplain about Lords due to the poor quality of service.
And they customer service is just horrible,probably because they are busy most of the time playing playstation in the back of their officce in Uxbrige.

absolute con artists. pressured my friends into paying 200 each to take a house off the market while they were still showing the house to other people, told me i could get a guarantor with the university so i would put money down then found out i wasn't liable for one. After telling the agent and asking for a refund he told me i could suddenly carry on without one when they were insisting it was required earlier on in the office. After my guarantor enquiry with brunel university i was redirected to the housing department to which i was informed that they regularly target students so they can make them put down money that they can't 'refund' and have had multiple complaints from several groups. They took £900 between us and even after an appeal from the university themselves they refused to refund the money. The agent, Karrum persistently lied to me over the phone and with the most arrogant, cocky tone of voice that still grieves me even now told me to email in saying i backed out of the contract so he could use it as evidence against me even though he expelled me from the housing contract when i confronted him about the malpractice of his business. We aren't millionaires, we're students and the fact they drive around in BMW's while taking innocent students money that they will have to pay back in the coming years shows a disturbing lack of morality. The deposit we all paid we're meant to be towards admin fees and guarantor fees that would've been justified if any work was done but there wasn't. Stay well aware from the agency. i recommend you go to the Brunel housing office. do not make the same mistake as me and others.

Living in one of their homes close to the University. We have had a great time and no problems. I think they're a great company but I guess that's my experience. I've spoken to Brunel Accomodation Department and they've actually work with Lords! Very clear and upfront from the get go with no hidden surprises. Highly recommended. Do not touch these agents. They got me to write a review for them right at the start before we had moved into the property and that was when i realised they actually had many bad reviews and were trying to boost their ratings. Little did i realise how useless they would be.
They think it is okay obviously because we are students! The heating in our house is broken (serious issue) and they have not been helpful in resolving this at all. They say this is because this is the Landlords problem to deal with....but surely the whole point in having an agent manage your property is to sort issues like this. The landlord cannot be contacted as he lives abroad and apparently the agents need his permission before they do anything. So are we just expected to sit here and wait the whole year until they finally contact the Landlord???
They have been useless from start to finish. From the moment we signed up for the house they made up a story that other people were interested in the house and they needed our deposits right away. Pretty much marched us to the bank. They said that this didn't even guarantee we would get the property and that if the others also put down a deposit it would be down to the Landlord who he decided to pick. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!
Every issue we have in the house they try to brand as 'tenant negligence' even though it is just simple wear and tear... every opportunity to conn money out of us.

Been in the same property the last couple of years and have had no complaints with the service I've received. Renting privately for the first time out of uni can be very stressful and daunting, however it couldn't have been easier in our case. The staff were all extremely helpful, understood our requirements, and were very quick with responding to our initial enquires.
Any problems we've had in the house have been resolved in good order so no complaints on that end either.

In January me and my group were on the hunt for a student property within walking distance of Brunel. I contacted lords after seeing various let boards close to uni, which turned out to be a very good decision in the end.
In a short phone call I explained our budget, specific requirements, move in dates etc and was sent an email quite instantly with all various properties available. We were then able to hand pick which ones appealed to us and eventually secured a place.
What I like most about lords service is their ability to work around what's good for us for example arranging a payment plan according to when our loans drop, meaning we are not too out of pocket through the year.
I look forward to moving into our student property this summer and definitely recommend students to use their services! 5*

I have been asked to write this review based on my experience by the property consultant we used at Lords Associates. We have had a great experience, as students of Brunel and actually had been advised to use their services. Our property was clean, there was some dust on Windows but your bound to have some wear and tear! Using Lords has been a good experience and I would highly recommend their services. I would also urge people who read this to write reviews even if positive! We have had some problems in the house with our toilet but this was resolved swiftly; although we had to pay as the property manager advised it was a problem caused by us - it makes complete sense! I hope that people aren't out off by the small percentage of people who have wrote negative comments as these Agents are good people and I think you shouldn't miss out on using their services! I would strongly recommend staying as far away from this letting agency as physically possible.
Very nice in the beginning but as soon as they actually have to do anything the service goes dramatically downhill.
Absolutely no management structure as far as I can tell and they won't tell you whose in charge (I presume so it's difficult to make a complaint!)
Two years of broken promises and failure to deliver half of what was expected of them (including our rent on several occasions!!) we took legal advice and finally managed to get them to agree to end our relationship.
Well, that was almost a month ago and do you think I can get anyone to send us back the documentation promised to us that finally puts in writing this split?? No!
Diabolical in almost every respect. DO NOT USE.
