This is only the 2nd time in my life I have ever left a review. Yes the service was beyond good, or beyond great. I have lived in Hillingdon for a long time, popped in to the Hillingdon office, and spoke to Abbie Harding, very professional. To ask for a valuation on my fathers house, and arranged a valuation for the next day. Abbie turned up, spot on time (as they all did on subsequent visits, dead on time) Gave me a valuation, and lots of information on the local market, and how successful their office was, in comparison to other agents.(backed up data from Rightmove.) After instructing Coopers the next day, I had an offer within 5 days. The move was completed last Saturday, so roughly 5 weeks start to finish. Done. The house never even hit market, nor Rightmove. Nor did they even have time to use the professional photographs, as the offer was received the same day. Friendly, totally professional, honest. ! Apologise for long reading but I think is worth it so other tenants won`t face the same experience. ! Just to share my last experience with Coopers , just wanna say that they are not tenants focus . Coopers try to squeeze as much as possible money from you. My tenancy was started on 20th of the month , but I wanted to pay my rent on the 1st of the month , therefore I paid the difference of the rent for 10 days so that my payment will be moved on the 1st . So far so good, when I left the house after 2 years, I gave my notice on the 5th of the month ( 1 month notice as per contract ) and to pay the difference 5 days on top to cover those 5 extra days. ( same when I paid the difference from 20th to 1st ). Guess what, they didn't agreed this and make me pay another full month as per " law " notice must be send with 1 day before the pay day which supposed to be on the 31st but guess what my contract was saying that was started on the 20th therefore my notice as per contract supposed to be before 20th isn't it , but even that way they said that is not valid as my payment day was 1st bla bla... I had a chat with other letting company about this and they strongly said that this is up to letting agency to decide , 99% they don`t do this as is unfair for the tenant to pay 1 extra month on empty house, but looks like for Coppers was not the case and i finished to pay almost 2 month for an empty house... because of those 5 days apart.... Also to mention if there was any issue they pass to the Landlord and when I was raising issue with Landlord he passed to the Coppers therefore is lack of streamline and responsibilities . They insisted that we need to hire a cleaning company (provided by them) to clean the house "professionally they said" and spend another £400 quid on them , but when I took the house at the beginning that "professionally cleaning was not very professionally" therefore i refuse that and done it by myself which was much better than their suggestions, another way to squeez money from you. The deposit again, Landlord said that is managed by Coopers and Coopers said that deposit is managed by Landlord , a lost of emails back and forward just to see who has my deposit, so guys can you decide who is managing the deposit ? Obviously got this back into my account after 3 months !!! Overall, my experience with Coopers has been extremely unsatisfactory. Their lack of Professionalism, poor management, and unjustified charges have left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I would strongly advise against using their services and recommend exploring other options for a more reliable and trustworthy letting agency.... Read more

Not one to leave a bad review but found the lettings department not customer focused from my experience. For a week we have been calling and talking to both staff members witin lettings about a property and multiple times we were told we would hear back from the lettings manager who is dealing with the property. He reassured me as well that he would contact me on two occasions and his female counterpart 3 to 4 times. We have not even started the process and if the initial call back takes over a week....the rest of the process might be even longer. David came out & was very professional but friendly at the same time. We had asked for a price as it is & if doing renovations would add value. coopers residential Hillingdon estate agent are unprofessional and lack communication. i struggled to get a response from the agent ( i wont publicly name the agent but from reading this he should know who he is) and i had to keep on contacting him myself for updates on a student apartment my name was down on the system for. i spent weeks calling and emailing this agent and i received no updates. it wasn't until i spoke to a different agent i found out the apartment i've been trying to book a viewing for was sold a week ago and the agent who put my name down for the house is on annual leave. bearing in mind, when i did speak to George on the phone he said the landlord isn't available to allow me to view the apartment because they are working from home. This agency has wasted my time and did not apologise to me on the phone. instead they emailed me apartments that do not meet what i'm looking for.... Read more
