Being polite and well spoken sadly does not protect you from bad landlords. They denied any responsibility when things gone south. The house wasn’t ready, the deposit was not on a scheme, there were constant leaks... In the end they just charged for the contract and (unperformed) checks and left us to fence for ourselves with an unstable, dodgy landlord. Can’t recommend them. —-edit—- In response, that is a complete fabrication. We paid your company for a deposit, checks, contract and first month. We were not told you would not be managing the property. If we wanted to deal with a private landlord, why would we spend £500 on an agency contract?... Read more
