HORRIFIED!! WARNING, DO NOT GO TO THIS AGENCY.
I know the AGENCY MAY NOT KNOW MYSELF BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN IN THE PROPERTY WITHOUTH TENANCY AGREEGMENT.
THE BIG PROBLEM IS THAT THEY DO NOT DO TENANCY AGREEGMENT TO ANYBODY, MY GIRLFRIEND IS 2 YEARS WITHOUT CONTRACT. I am talking about 23 Robinia Crescent E10 5TL, in this house people speak only Hungerian with huge Hungarian flags everywhere inside the house.
One Click Homes Agents are interested only in moneys and they don't do their job properly. There is not one professional person in this Agency. I moved in a double room where my girlfriend was living.
After couple of days she told me that she pay the rent to a person called Istvan living in Hungary and this person send the rent to the estate agent one click and from one click will end up to the owner.
All of them are NEGLIGENT because the house has never been checked.
The bathrooms need to repairs for many months, basin hot tap not working for adges.
The CARBON MONOXIDE detector which KILLS PEOPLE, I think is not working for months has one night was ringing.
However, very poor Estates Agents, I am disgusted for their professionalism. at the end the Owner decided to get back the house because the Estate Agents One Click DID NOT PAID THE OWNER AFTER MANY MONTHS

Excellent staff, we are very pleased with their service especially Tony, he was really helpful and always available when we needed! We managed to buy the property really fast considering Covid 19 and all the challenges we faced!

The agent Tony who responded and carried out the valuation gave a lot of insight and treated the house with respect (removing shoes) This gives me a lot of confidence in handling the house over.
