I have used E.P.C for over six years to manage my property . I have found them to be excellent, they are all friendly and very helpful. They are not greedy in their charges to manage the property ,they have kept me informed of new regulations and and are very responsive which, has made my time as a landlady less stressful , I like the fact that they are a small business , they are a pleasure to work with.

The facility is beautiful. Swimming pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts, club house, gym, gardens.
Management is crap. They take no action whatsoever on residents behalf. Place is packed with flees and thieves.
Security even worse. We've been robbed here 4 times, nobody takes responsibility, and you are pretty much at your own luck!

As a first time buyer I started this process with a million questions! I have nothing but good things to say about EPC - Lerissa and Patrick made the whole process relatively painless. They kept us confident and informed through it all. Even now (a few weeks after we have taken possession) they are happy to give us advice. We spent ages choosing an estate agent for selling our flat in Westcliff. After several recommendations, we went with EPC and we couldn't have chosen a better agent.
Lee, Patrick and Larissa were professional from the start, giving us honest advice about our flat and what we could hope to achieve for it. What I liked best about EPC was their customer service. They would always phone back with feedback from viewers and I didn't have to chase them for updates.
Throughout the process they were contactable via phone and email. If you left a message, you could be sure they would call you back. The sales team at EPC take their jobs very seriously and worked hard to sell our flat. Unlike other estate agents, (naming no names!), they work for you the vendor - and they work smartly and fairly to get the best price for your property too.
I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home. They are polite, professional and get the job done. You won't find a better agent to represent you. We will be sure to use them again when the time comes. Although hopefully not for a while yet!

EPC are without question the worst letting agent we have ever used.
We moved into a property which we found to be dirty and unsafe, with exposed wiring, broken stairs, missing flooring and vermin in residence, and an invalid gas safety certificate.
We were given verbal and written assurances that things were in hand. They were not. Almost 6 months later and we're still waiting for things to be addressed.
Now we've just been told that the house owner is selling (despite extensive assurances from the agent that the property was a long-term let) leaving us scrambling to find a new home after only half a year.
EPC told us that we could move into another of their properties if one was available...provided we paid them *another* £200 in fees...for what we don't know.
Avoid this agent at all costs.

I am generally not the type of person who writes reviews but when I have been given great service by either an individual or a company I feel sharing positive feedback is a must. I have been employing EPC to manage my property for several years now. Throughout this time they have been extremely efficient, informative and just as important to me, friendly and always keen to help and advise. It's really refreshing in this day and age that emails are answered within hours and phone calls are either answered straight away or returned by close of business. I couldn't recommend this company enough. Great staff. Great service. Great rates. 5 stars was all I was allowed to tick on this review panel. If I could have added more I would have!

I have been renting from EPC for over 2 years now and have been thoroughly impressed with the service provided and would highly recommend them. Due to the superb management and maintenance of their properties I have not had reason to contact EPC too often but when I have the response has always been immediate and issues resolved in a timely fashion. They have a great team who are always on hand to assist and provide support and guidance when needed. Customer service has been second to none.
