I viewed some flats for rental on behalf of a friend, and was so impressed with 1st Call from start to finish. I dealt with Ben, and from my first phone call I was impressed with his efficiency and excellent communication with me. Ben arranged several flat viewings in a very short space of time for my friend, who only had a limited time to view, as he’s not from the area. Nothing was too much trouble for Ben, and we felt like we were getting a really personal and first class service. We liked the fact we only ever dealt with Ben, and he always got back to us very promptly. We found a flat both my friend and I were happy with, and everything was tied up within a week, references and everything. My friend will now be moving out of London, and starting a new life in Southend with his young family thanks to Ben and 1st Call. Can’t rate them enough!

Had a really good experience with 1st Call Lettings. They really eased the stressful process of finding us the perfect property to rent. Ben Buchholz was highly professional and very helpful and friendly. He was easy to contact and got back to us very quickly with any queries, would definitely recommend!
