The Sales process was excellent. The sales progression has been hit and miss and there seemed to have been a lack of communication between the sales team and then the ongoing process. We are still awaiting a completion date so as yet the property is STC

Agent needs to more detailed with any actions required by seller. Emails must be followed up with personal call. This aside colleagues are very professional and have a great manner. Well done with final achievement...

We chose Bear because to sell our home because we were buying through them. We were told that our home would sell quickly at the price they valued it at but after a week or two persuaded us to reduce the price. This would be no different from other agents I would imagine. They sent us quite a few people to view the property, although some were unsuitable. Once we had put an offer on the property we were buying they asked for £250 as a "commitment fee". We were told that this would be returned once we had completed. This was returned to us although we had to chase them for it; initially they denied having received it. Communication was generally good although we feel that they could have communicated better with other people in the chain. We only learnt very late that we were in a long chain of which a date had been decided and were subsequently given very short notice of. As a consequence of not being able to cash in investments and arrange a removal company in time we had to place our furniture into storage and go into temporary accommodation.

We sold our property with Bear Estate agents and was really happy with the experience. Firstly we had Jack come round to value the property and take some photos for us. Jack was polite, professional and friendly and took lovely photos for us - couldn’t ask for more! Once the property was on the market we had Ellie as our main point of contact throughout. Ellie really is an outstanding member of the bear team and they are lucky to have her on board. Ellie kept us updated throughout the whole sale process (which went on for quite a while!) Ellie worked so hard keeping everything going for us, she worked tirelessly emailing and calling solicitors for us. I would recommend Bear to anyone who is looking to sell their home!

I had a very positive experience buying and selling properties through Bear. Jack came to value my property, he was professional and friendly. I felt he valued it at the correct price. I never felt pushed into going with them, which other estate agents did. Jack made me feel confident that my property would sell easily and already had potential buyers in mind. I believe I had approximately twenty four viewings and around five offers, which led to a little bidding war!
At this point in the process you deal with the negotiation team, who are all really friendly and helpful. Frank was my main point of contact throughout and is an absolute legend! Not only did he help me secure the sale of my new property but when things went a little pear shaped (with mortgage companies) he was supportive, offered advice and most of all, kept me sane! I really will miss our chats ????
I am so pleased that I decided to go with Bear and highly recommend them. A huge thanks to Jack and my main man, Frank

I would definitely recommend Bear estate agents. They were very professional and communicated regularly throughout my purchase. Ellie, especially, who was my progress contact. She kept me up-to-date with where everyone was with the progress of their sales, through the chain, and helped to push through the sale to exchange before the stamp duty relief ended, which was pretty nail biting. Also, Helen, who I spoke to while Ellie was away, was extremely helpful and reassuring in getting my purchase through.

Absolutely fantastic and first class service from start to finish. Joe came round to see the property and take photos in the morning and our property was live on the market by 6pm that day. We had an unbelievable amount of viewings over the next 4 days and we accepted an offer on day 5. The whole team worked tirelessly to secure viewings but also to ensure that it was convenient for us with the number of viewings that were coming through. A special mention to Helen in sales progression who was an absolute star to push our sale through to exchange with what was, at times, a challenging chain! Can not recommend Bear enough!
