The facility is beautiful. Swimming pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts, club house, gym, gardens. Management is crap. They take no action whatsoever on residents behalf. Place is packed with flees and thieves. Security even worse. We've been robbed here 4 times, nobody takes responsibility, and you are pretty much at your own luck!... Read more

I am generally not the type of person who writes reviews but when I have been given great service by either an individual or a company I feel sharing positive feedback is a must. I have been employing EPC to manage my property for several years now. Throughout this time they have been extremely efficient, informative and just as important to me, friendly and always keen to help and advise. It's really refreshing in this day and age that emails are answered within hours and phone calls are either answered straight away or returned by close of business. Since 1999 I have been a landlady with a small property portfolio. Sadly, I have had to deal with many poor letting agents and have had to struggle getting maintenance done on my properties and rent paid on time.
