Property listings are matched to data from the Land Registry by our clever algorithm. Clever as it may be, it isn't always right, especially if a property was listed by multiple agents. The asking price is the original listing price, NOT the final listing price. Data produced by Land Registry © Crown copyright 2019.

Latest Reviews for Reed Residential

We have let our property and the staff at reed have been so helpful dealing with problems , very helpful and best letting we have dealt with

GetAgent Review - this review has passed our basic verification procedure.

Initially there were problems with the deposit. However, after discussing matters with Adam everything was resolved swiftly. He offered great service and support; was very considerate and understanding.

Literally the most horrendous service received during and especially post move out. Took two months to get my deposit back and was NEVER sent ANY evidence post moving out for the money they wanted to claim. Absolutely rediculously. Terrible communication. Nothing legal about these people.

Was ignored for month, lied to by staff and given wrong information.

When I complained a middle manger seemed very helpful but this was soon passed to the Managing Director Adam Reed. He was dismissive, he called me rude and unreasonable.

This is ALL before I move in.

Efficient and provided huge amounts of support and assistance throughout the process. All calls promptly returned and all emails always responded too. Reeds took a proactive approach to our chain and always kept us on the loop on all developments

Reed Residential lets a terrace property between my own property and my neighbour's. Both my neighbour and I have requested maintenance to adjoining elements of Reed's property which are in need of repair (and subsequently effect myself and my neighbour's home if left in a state of disrepair- such as a fence post which cannot hold a panel, and a garage roof leaking into my neighbour's porch). My neighbour, the tenant, and I have repeatedly reported these issues to Reed Residential during the last four years but the responses have been apathetic, evasive, and ultimately ignorant.

The issues have been repaired and reluctantly paid for by ourselves, but the experience of Reed's has been appalling. And I personally think that my goodwill to the tenant has been exploited, which discredits the idea that Reed understands their responsibility to the communities in which they operate; nor do they appreciate the source of their profits.

One of the worse estate agents I’ve experienced yet.
Various issues with a flat I was staying in, they sent their “handy man” round who broke 3 door handles and left us with a sink that was broken,
We had several leaks from pipes, including a hole in the roof which when is rained leaked into the carpet and draped down the hall way, this was in Finchley Road with £950pcm rent. These issue were emailed across and reminded on a monthly basis but nothing was done to fix, So I found a new place to live. The staff are young and not really clued up, I was told I was “unable to leave my flat until I had found a new tenant to replace myself”
I stayed at this property for around 18months of which there was never 1 inspection! No safety checks, I would absolutely avoid using this agent, both as a occupier and a landlord..!

I have stayed in Reed's residential managed properties for three years now and I'd say they have very nice properties for students looking for professional looking homes. Very nicely furnished and modern. Makes you want to stay forever. Initially, I struggled to get repairs done, but since this year they are getting so much better, customer service has become very thoughtful and pleasant and they get the job done much quicker.I can only encourage that! I also would gladly commend one of their staff Scott, he's professional yet friendly and he truly cares. Overall hence, I'd happily recommend Reed for tenants and applaud their ever improving customer service.

Highly recommended. We were extremely pleased with the pleasant and friendly service, all the way from the first valuation to the eventual sale of the property. We were kept well-informed at each step of the process and felt that we were in safe, experienced hands. Thanks to Mike and the entire team for getting the final sale. Brilliant; would certainly use Reeds Residential again.
