I opened the doors to Reed Residential with some investment in 2007, having worked in the property industry for many years at senior level; I was determined to make a mark on the local property scene by doing things differently.

We have come a long way since then, riding property market storm whilst growing year on year, achieving multi award winning status and Businessman of the year.

My team have many years of experience in the property industry covering Residential Lettings and Sales, Portfolio and General Property Management, Commercial Lettings and Management and Property Finance.

We are licensed members of ARLA, NAEA, TPO (The Property Ombudsman) and follow a professional code of conduct and practice. You can be rest assured, safe in the knowledge that we are giving you the best possible advice by our fully qualified team of professionals. Reed Residential are also members of the South East Essex Alliance for Landlords (SEAL).

Additionally, we are UNIPOL and ANUK regulated so that our students portfolios have the assurance that all of the properties meet a minimum standard of quality.

Reed Residential @Southend has provided a very pleasurable service to me during my tenancy with them, no matter that is something to do with renting the property, communicating about the details of agreement, or solving problems of maintenance of the property, their service is way above standard, as they not only follow the legal procedures, but also willing to take steps further to help tenants in a very prompt and proactive manner.
