would give 0 stars if possible,just spoke to a guy called Lewis who basically was as helpful as a chocolate teapot and was quite arrogant and patronising and very unhelpful.
Looking at renting a small 2 bedroom cottage in Rochford for £750 a month i was told an income of over £20,000 was not enough and the property would not be suitable for me.
Are these companies unaware the reason people rent is because they cannot afford a mortgage.
I will not be dealing with this company again.
Disgusting customer service,He told me he had worked for ventrica in southend and said he had left because he did not like the job,more likely the guy got sacked because of the appalling customer service he gives and the appalling and demeaning way he speaks to his potential clients.... Read more
