8th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)Just a reminder to everyone about how Orland Reid tried their hardest to screw me a while back (unsuccessfully). They subsequently also tried to report my negative review to Google to have it deleted (also unsuccessfully). I still feel so angry about this and feel it's important to warn others about the conduct of this agency, even after some time has passed - here's my original review: AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!!! These guys tried unsuccessfully to retain my deposit, blame damage on me that was not included on any inventory report and charge me for "work" needed to rectify this fictitious damage using their own workmen, whose quotes for work were laughably extortionate (so no tender process/transparency and taking a cut, no doubt). I had to go through 3 months of tenancy deposit scheme adjudication to get my money back. Their staff and, importantly their owner/partner, deliberately misled me repeatedly and withheld information throughout the whole process, making it as difficult and long winded as possible. The intention must have been that I'd just get too frustrated and give up? They were also paid by the landlord to act on their behalf but at the same time claim to be totally impartial (which is impossible).They are solely motivated by money - this scamming must be part of their business plan and I cannot imagine I am the only one who has had to go through this unnecessary, time consuming and upsetting process. If I could give them zero stars I would. if I could take them to court to reclaim money for the amount of my time they wasted, I would. It makes me so angry that "Estate Agents" like this can still exist. There are so many better, more trustworthy and honest agencies out there, there really is no need to put yourself through the nightmare of dealing with Orlando Reid. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! You have been warned!

13th Jun 2024 (14 weeks ago)Aspire estate agent benfleet are amazing I will Always recommend them now I have first hand experience with the Kash and Courtney are the ones who looked after me they both know there job well they have high standards and communication is fantastic they have become part of the family where they build such a good relationship up with you over the time they are honest and hard working and would go above and beyond to help to get your dream home and to sell yours I wish I had met them sooner I value and respect them both for everything that have done for me and my girls

The quality of the photos and sale advertisement were great and resulted in numerous viewings within a few days, the team worked with me as a busy working Mum to schedule viewings when convenient. The staff were professional throughout and helped me secure a quick sale, I trusted them thoroughly to guide me on accepting a strong and more importantly the right offer and buyer (as we were relying on the sale not falling through to reserve our new build property). There was no pressure for a quick sale and I didn’t feel forced into accepting an offer, they guided me through the process and their expertise was invaluable. They genuinely care for their clients. The sales progress team were amazing, by far more helpful than any Solicitor! They provided constant updates on the progress of the sale, gave clear instructions on anything I needed to action and were vital in maintaining communication between all parties and ensuring the sale progressed steadily and didn’t fall through. The team really were the glue that held everything together and I am so grateful for everything they did for us to be able to secure our first family home for our little boy. We truly couldn’t have done it without you Temme!

5th Sep 2024 (11 days ago)I have been using Turners as my letting agent for more than five years, and they have performed exceptionally over this time, giving me a terrific and comprehensive service, dealing with local council, tradesmen, and arranging any work and repairs that needed doing, and of course sourcing tenants when they were needed. If you are looking for a managing agent, for a property rental, I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Turners to act on your behalf in managing property for you.

18th Mar 2024 (5 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
