Tony Wood is in one word Brilliant as an estate agent. We needed to sell my Dad’s house which had not been lived in for 18 months. Tony had proactively posted a letter through the door describing his estate agent credentials. Having not bought or sold a house in over 20 years we had the old image of an estate agent. Tony dispelled all the cliches, he is a fantastic professional with a real understanding of buyers and sellers needs, he did social media postings, drone videos etc etc. I could ramble on but all I will say is Tony should be your first choice as an estate agent as nothing is too much bother.... Terry are Shonaigh are nothing less than miracle workers! Through them we found our dream home - the fly in the ointment was that we had two properties to sell and time was not on our side. We sold both - one on the first viewing and one on the third. They have gone above and beyond - hand delivering paperwork, chasing queries and giving a constant stream of much needed reassurance. They have so many connections in the business that they always know someone that can answer a question or sort the problem. They personally care and nothing is ever too much trouble. Roberto is a fantastic agent. He was extremely knowledgeable about the property itself as well the neighbourhood. Once we put an offer in he was proactive in getting this over the line. Always available when any parties needed to contact him and was diligent in all his work. Roberto is clearly someone who takes him time to understand the vendor, the property and the buyer. He isn’t there to simply open a door, but talks through the property in its current state and the renovation potential too. Lastly, he is a very decent person and a pleasure to deal with. TRACEY FISHER, NORWICH. This was my first house move in over 30 years. Tracey went beyond the call of duty to make sure it happened, despite all the setbacks we experienced over many months. Tracey was available any time to advise or explain, and held the entire chain together when it nearly fell apart at the end. From the first meeting Jane McQueen made me feel at ease, her personable, articulate and honest approach was a breathe of fresh air in comparison to other estate agents I had experienced. Mia Evans has been fantastic throughout the process of putting our house on the market. Its been so nice having an estate agent working with the modern world to our advantage. Marketing was incredible and the video was perfection. We couldnt believe it was our house it looked so good. Thanks so much to Dave! Its so frustrating when shopping around and there are blurry pictures, a lack of floorplans and lack of basic information. Mia and Dave were such perfectionists and they both clearly shown their passion in our ad. All of our friends and family have been wowed by the ad and beautiful pictures. Communication is plentiful and Mia gave good, honest advice we could trust. She was available at all times and we always felt like a priority. She never made us feel guilty about the late night or weekend calls and texts. The complete opposite to standard estate agents when their phones are ringing out and they dont call back when they say they will. Having Mia available as a constant outside of standard hours was such a premium benefit for us. Mia made sure she understood our needs and informed herself thoroughly on the details of our property. We were really particular about who we wanted to sell to and she was invaluable in finding the perfect buyers to leave for our neighbours. She was such a professional and helped us secure various offers. She managed to book 19 viewings in the first 2 days and 14k more than asking price. Best of all we didnt lift a finger. Fantastic! Mia was very dedicated, approachable and knowledgeable. She had competitive prices for solicitors, brokers, removals and more and makes sure she only works with the best.
