Having registered with a number of agencies across West Sussex and East Surrey, I was surprised as to how few have bothered to establish a connection to try and sell a property; preferring instead to send automated emails and relying on Rightmove enquiries. Benjamin, however has been proactive and kept me up to date with open houses, etc. and whilst we ultimately decided to stay in our preferred location, we could have easily relocated and probably would have ended up through him.

My experience is frustrating to say the least. I have been told that a bungalow is for sale in Reigate on the corner of Sandcross Lane and Doversgreen Road. There is a board outside but it does not appear for sale on the website, nor Rightmove. When I call, all sales agents are 'busy' with other customers.I have tried more than once. I am calling long distance so this is very inconvenient. I just wonder how many hoops one has to jump through with this company.
