Myself & my family recently exchanged on a property that Lewis White were selling. Unfortunately the chain broke and we were left with the scenario that we would most likely not be able to proceed with the purchase. Thankfully a solution was found and we were able to continue. All through this Matt was extremely helpful in every regard going beyond what I would expect of anyone and at all times being professional and thoughtful! The agents we were using to sell our property, in a different area, were very inefficient by comparison. Matt, and his team, were all happy to chase our seller's solicitor to expedite the process when our estate agent should have been doing so. After completion they contacted the seller immediately with a couple of simple questions we had and called us back promptly with an answer. Fantastic service from Lindsay and Matt. We moved to Reigate recently and as everyone will agree, moving is a very stressful process for most. We had several problems getting the solicitors to communicate and if it wasn't for Lindsay and Matt we would've probably given up. I have used Lewis White twice now, I simply cannot express how they separate themselves from the run of the mill estate agents. I can honestly say that I felt that the care, professionalism, communication and knowledge was second to none! I recieved feedback, support, advice and total respect for my sale. Which I might add has gone through without a hitch. Matt is extremely good at negotiations and got the very best out of our sale.
