8th Feb 2026 (25 weeks ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.
1st Apr 2022 (4 years ago)Despite having it in writing that the Landlord had decided not to proceed with the tenancy, we had issues with getting our holding deposit back. It took for me to ask for legal proof of withholding payment, and even then, we was still charged for fees and only given a partial refund! - Personally, as a customer looking to rent, WE ARE AVOIDING Priory Park Properties based in Redhill

She went above and beyond to help with everything, and she dealt with things quickly and efficiently. I would recommend her to anyone selling their home, she was just brilliant and made what could have been a very stressful experience so stress free with constant communication and support.

1st Aug 2024 (2 years ago)I dealt with several different members of staff over the time it took to finalise the sale of my late stepmother's property. All were highly professional and replied promptly to my communications. I think the original valuation was quite bullish but the service provided was really great value for money.
20th Jul 2026 (14 days ago)I found Ralph James to be very knowledgeable and responsive - two key attributes in an estate agent. I dealt with Jackie Nathan who understood my house, my area and the current market incredibly well. She gave great advice and talked me through all my options. As a result, my property was presented at its very best and appropriately priced from the outset - no reductions, plenty of viewings and a fast sale. The wider team were friendly and timely, managing viewings with great courtesty. I would highly recommend Jackie and the team for anyone looking to sell.

21st Jul 2026 (13 days ago)Excellent service throughout, from my first meeting with (a very persuasive) Richard Halliwell to all the subsequent encounters and dealings with Ryan, Duncan and Rachel. Rachel's proactive approach with constant communication has been really impressive. I feel we were very fortunate to choose Halliwell Marks over all the other local estate agents. I think Richard's self-assurance and confidence in his staff are very well-founded. Many thanks to them all.
11th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Trilogy in partnership with Burns & Webber sold me a property off plan in Godalming. They really sold me the dream. The show flat was impeccable and they talked of a really special, high quality build. Fast forward close to 8 months (on a build that I was told was 2-3 months from complete), and after more lies and missed deadlines than I can count, I finally got the keys this week. The flat is basically uninhabitable, the list of incomplete work and snags is extensive and there are genuine health and safety issues too. The finish in general is frankly poor, and not anywhere near the quality that I was promised. I have basically been homeless for the last 2 months because of the missed deadlines, and it looks like that will continue a while longer while I argue with the Developers to try to get the flat close to something that is acceptable. Just avoid Trilogy altogether is my advice. Start to finish, the experience has been dreadful.
