Patrick kept us regularly informed and always went the extra mile to support us or help us. We are so grateful and would definitely use them again!

16th Sep 2024 (19 weeks ago)This is a addition to my previous review left 2 years ago. We have bought the property through Clarendons and I can not recommend them enaugh. Especially Jordan who was absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much for him and he did everything in order for our sale to be completed as soon as possible. Professional yet very friendly. It was a pleasure to deal with Clarendons, everyone was friendly and professional. I was very surprised when moved in to receive a welcome box with goodies inside. Never seen any other agencies doing that.

10th Sep 2024 (20 weeks ago)David Baille at Jackson- Stops Dorking was amazing from start to finish. He was so patient, helpful, friendly and professional throughout and kept me updated at all times. When he was out of the office, all the other members were quick to assist me until David returned my call - which he always did. This estate agent seem to have excellent market knowledge too and excellent overall ratings which match my experience. I therefore can’t rate this estate agents highly enough and would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of using them. Thank you once again David for all your help, advice (and definitely patience!) which ended in a successful sale. Kindest regards Karen.

At one point, our sale had fallen through due to something raised on the survey, but due to the tenacity and determination of both we were able to work out a solution and get it back on track. There were many twists and turns in our chain/sale and it was never going to be an easy win, but they were with us all the way, A genuine well done and heartfelt thanks.

11th Dec 2024 (6 weeks ago)I have had several dealings with Barnard Marcus. Very organised, with text confirmation of booking viewings with address and postcode. So far I had one viewing with this agent. The agent who showed me around (Mr Rodriguez) was extremely pleasant and friendly and easy to talk to, and he was also very helpful and knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions.

He was incredible responsive, helpful and went above and beyond to make the sale happen before Christmas when faced with some difficult and slow solicitors on both sides of the transaction. It felt like we really had someone in our corner. I hope him and the team took a well deserved break over Christmas.

We are so glad we made the move, the service provided was excellent from start to finish. The photographs, marketing and communication from Ishmail and Zoe were second to none. They provided us with realistic insight to the market and demonstrated they were working for us. We wish we had known about them sooner!

He was accessible nearly all the time (viewings and meetings permitting) and was quick to respond to queries. He also had a great relationship with our buyer and the buyer's solicitor, which greatly helped the process.
