We would recommend Hamptons. They produced some excellent details and photographs for the sales brochure. They secured us a buyer with a week and kept us informed of progress throughout the sales process. Steven, Ali and the team were very approachable with the injection of appreciated humour at appropriate moments!

After our 5th conversation confirming our viewing and being clear we didn't have time in the afternoon, we had another call from the agent asking us to reschedule to the afternoon as she didn't want to go to the property twice in one day. After confirming another 3 times during the week and once in the morning that we'd be there, We were greeted with an empty property. After calling they made up the story that we didn't confirm our viewing and that no-one set off. Incredibly unreliable and untrustworthy branche. Avoid.

My experience is frustrating to say the least. I have been told that a bungalow is for sale in Reigate on the corner of Sandcross Lane and Doversgreen Road. There is a board outside but it does not appear for sale on the website, nor Rightmove. When I call, all sales agents are 'busy' with other customers.I have tried more than once. I am calling long distance so this is very inconvenient. I just wonder how many hoops one has to jump through with this company.

Excellent Service & Excellent Results. After using another agency (Savills) who promised the earth but did not deliver, we instructed Richard and the team at Halliwell Marks to sell several properties we had within a portfolio and were very impressed by the professionalism and speed that Halliwell Marks found buyers and got the sales through to completion. Highly Recommend.

We had an unpleasant experience as serious buyers with this agent. Found the estate agent who showed us a property rude and used pressure selling. Also felt the manager put pressue on us telling us that if you get 7/10 in terms of what you want from a house you're doing well. Pleased we didn't listen and have happily since bought a house which is 10/10, at a lower price and in the same area!
