Our recent house sale was the second time we’ve had dealings with Gus Critchlow at EweMove Hinckley, the first being the sale of the Mother in Law’s house following her demise. However, this time we went for broke, after deciding to find somewhere quieter following our retirement from the rat race!
Without doubt, Gus has provided the most professional and honest views of the in’s and out’s during the process of selling our house. He always kept us up to date with regards to the interest in our house and managed to find a buyer in around six weeks!
Come moving day, he was there to assist us with sorting out issues we were experiencing as a result of the removal firm making a ‘pigs ear’ on the day - even going as far as guiding the removal guys on what needed to be done, and helped lift heavy items down stairs.
Gus - You were a rock for us when everything was falling down around our ears, so many thanks for your support and professionalism on the day.

Fantastic experience from day 1 till completion. Gus and Gemma worked tirelessly to get our house sold. They were available all hours and weekends. Gus Critchlow from Hinckley area showed us around. He was a really friendly guy, very knowledgeable about the property, went into depth about all the details. We've had previous experience with other agents where they had no clue about any of the details and never bothered with any follow up to our questions. Gus and team's comms were great. Tour video was also very good and gave us a better idea of the space and condition of the property. Will definitely use Gus again future if possible.

Exceptional customer service from Gus and his team, we have tried and sadly failed with other local Estate Agents in the past however EweMove are a class above the rest.
Gus’s professionalism from initial enquiry through to completion has been fantastic; consistent updates, honest constructive feedback and always on the end of the phone / email when required.
Gus’s attention to detail and digital imagery was something that other Estate Agents just simply didn’t bother to take seriously.. When these two factors can mean a lot of money you need your Estate Agent to be on the ball and EweMove certainly are.
Not only did Gus sell our house in uber efficient time he over exceeded in our value expectations and arranged Mortgage Genie to Broker the best possible rate in the market place saving us time and money! Gus was the best. From the beginning, creating a fantastic listing, and generating massive amounts of interest in our house, all the way to the end where he worked the hardest to keep our chain together through a very difficult exchange process (other parts of chain not being on the ball).
I've never had an agent that is as easy to communicate with as Gus, answering texts very late at night at times which suited us the clients. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again, and I would recommend him to anybody. We bought our house from sellers using Gus and have now sold the same house with him, so have seen how hard he works from both sides of the transaction.

Been looking at buying my first home with my partner, had 12 viewings altogether with different agents. It's no coincidence we ended up buying a house through Gus at Ewemove Hinckley.
We experienced the whole spectrum of agents: pushy ones, lazy ones, rude ones and straight incompetent ones, but from the very beginning Gus was brilliant, called me shortly after I sent the viewing request, extremely flexible, even coming in on his day off (Sunday) to allow us to view without taking time off work.
We couldn't get access to the garage during the viewing so Gus made us a full schematic of all the measurements and a video of the inside of the garage, as well as a video of the house, which we found very useful.
Gus was extremely quick with taking our offer to the vendor and we had the offer accepted (subject to proof of funds) within two hours.
From there Gus has kept in constant contact with us giving us advice and updates, as well as answering my inane questions at all hours!
After renting for a few years at uni and after graduating I had zero confidence in agents, but Gus at Ewemove has been incredible, couldn't recommend this agency enough.

I would fully recommend Gus Critchlow at EweMove Hinckley to anybody who is thinking of selling their house in the Hinckley area. I had quite a rigorous process when selecting an agent and Gus was brilliant to deal with throughout. Other agents got frustrated when asked to answer even some of the simpler questions. I must admit that Ewemove was more expensive than the other agents I contacted, but in my opinion, it was worth every penny as Gus did everything he said he would do! Achieving a higher price than we were expecting and also selling within three weeks of the house going on the market. He took care of all of the viewings, was available any time of the day to answer calls/ emails and is a genuinely nice guy.
I also recommended Gus Critchlow to our next door neighbour who is now also selling their property with him.
