What a team! Amy and her team are fabulous. Amy had sold our previous house and there wasn't any doubt in our mind to who we should ask to sell our home. We had some ups and downs throughout the sale but Amy was always on hand to help and guide us through one of the most stressful times of people's lives. We can't thank the whole team enough. Aidan clearly knows his stuff from an estate agent perspective but his engagement and support throughout our sales process was amazing. Ours was a probate sale and he demonstrated empathy and respect for initial valuation process and beyond. Whilst his valuation was not the highest and his fees more than other agents the small incremental cost was worth it. The offer we accepted was equivalent to other valuations in the end but a much less stressful process. He provided sound advice and we knew that the house was in a safe pair of hands whilst we were managing the process remotely. Having a single point of contact was really beneficial as well. His sales plan produced high levels or interest and a good range of offers in a short time frame. He remained supportive throughout the sales process enabling a swift completion. I would not hesitate to recommend him

Paul at Ewe Move sold our home in Cleckheaton and was brilliant from start to finish. We’ve had poor experiences with estate agents in the past but Paul was exceptionally good. He sat and explained everything thoroughly for an hour and a half on his first visit to the house and didn’t just race around rooms pretending to measure up. He seemed really invested. Most of all, he LISTENED to us and understood that we wanted a realistic price for a quick sale, and didn’t try to persuade us that we could achieve thousands more.<br>Paul’s marketing was excellent with professional looking photos and videos and good use of social media. He organised viewings back to back and secured interest almost immediately.<br>Paul sold our house for full asking price within 3 days of it hitting the market, and we couldn’t have been happier.<br>Communication was outstanding throughout, with a dedicated WhatsApp number which was answered by Paul very quickly. He even kindly passed messages on between ourselves and our buyers.<br>All in all we’d absolutely recommend Ewe Move if you’re thinking of selling your home. Especially if you want an honest, professional service rather than empty sales patter.
