Jodie came to give us a valuation for our newly renovated house and the experience was fantastic. Jodie was super friendly, took our needs fully into account and gave us some great honest advice. We were provided with several print outs of similar properties that have recently sold and Jodie took the time explain how he came to his valuation - which was really insightful.
After working with several estate agents in the past, our experience with Ewe Move has been the best and we certainly recommend them for anyone in the York area.

As first time buyers, we have had a really good experience so far with Ewe Move. Chloe, our wonderful lead contact from the estate agents has been nothing but brilliant. From the first time meeting her, to the second, to the many emails and confirming our offer and being excited with us for the next steps. We have felt supported and like our hand has been held which for first time buyers I think has been so important. Chloe has been very responsive, speedy and all hours of the day, I am sometimes shocked by how quickly she answers our questions. She's been very honest and transparent with us which again - isn't guarenteed, but we've been really lucky.

We purchased a property listed by EweMove, Jonathan helped us through the process and was brilliant in everything that he did. Our agent (Preston Baker) that we used to sell our property were absolutely useless, Jonathan came to the rescue and ensured that everything sailed through smoothly.

We used EweMove to sell our home. Jonathan and the team were amazing throughout the whole process. Jonathan gave great advice with pricing our property, and thanks to that, we sold within a couple of weeks.
Nothing was too much trouble which really took the pressure off.
We even got a lovely gift from them when everything had completed.
I couldn't recommend them strongly enough. If you're undecided on who to use, choose EweMove, you'll be glad ewe did!

She guided us through the process and really helped us when we experienced some bumps along the way, Chloe was always contactable and absolutely went over and above in her customer service. An absolute pleasure to deal with and I will highly recommend EweMove (and Chloe) to friends and family.

My wife and I visited a property in Rawcliffe, York on 02/03/2024. Our appointment was for 10.45am. Due to traffic we ran a bit late and informed the sales agent, Chloe.
When we reached the property, the first thing Chloe told us at the entrance, with the door open was that we had only "5mins" to view. She also said "it will be an in and out thing".
She spoke to us in an OFFENSIVELY IMPOLITE MANNER AND WAS BLATANTLY RUDE.
She LITERALLY RUSHED our viewing in 5mins. She treated us like she was DOING US A FAVOR.
This property is on sale for £450,000 and yet she showed it us like a POUNDLAND SHOP.
Chloe is shamelessly damaging the reputation of Ewe Move and doing a disservice to the owners of this property.
While leaving, she must have had a rethink and invited us for a second viewing. We are definitely declining this second invitation.
Chloe has DEPLORABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND ZERO COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
BEWARE AND AWARE OF EWE MOVE, YORK!
AVOID LIKE A PLAGUE!
