During the viewing an agent was asking intrusive, personal questions that upset me. I told him I didn't want to answer such questions and explained that it bothers me because of a difficult issue I am dealing with in my life. I was honest, direct and polite. After this situation the agency refused to show me another property because 'the overall experience of our staff for the viewing didn't went well'. If they treat you this way from the start, I cannot imagine how they treat tenants. I am sure the good reviews are written by them. Stay away from such people!... Read more

I've been staying in my studio flat for 3 years, paying the rent regularly. Fablets never returned back my deposit, without any reason. It's been 4 months now. They just don't responds to calls and emails. They are useless liars. Don't trust them at all. And all other positive comments are fake.... Read more

I let from Fablets for a year and they were fantastic. The flat was really well decorated and of good quality. Whenever I needed to contact them with any concerns, the response was quick and professional. My shower suddenly stopped working and it was replaced really fast, with a shower of ever better quality! When issues arose on the property, I received responses quickly - in addition, their online tool to manage service requests gave me clarity on when these would be resolved.
