Hello! I would like to tell about my experience living almost 5 years in the house rented through Filey Properties Hackney. That is the best agency that you could imagine! Always will recommend it to all my friends and hope my review will help anyone who is looking for place to rent or buy property. Those people are amazing! Very professional but easy going and very helpful in all kind of situations. If you are looking for place where agent will become almost like your friend and will always be there for you that is the best place. There is no issue in any matter. Everything is sorted asap and leave you very comfortable without any headaches. We lived in the house almost 5 years and if not moving abroad we would stay there much much longer or even if we would like to change location we would stay with them for sure! Best estate agent EVER!

This has been my fourth three year renewal with filey property. The whole team scores top rating with the smooth running of the whole process . Payments are always on time repairs are dealt promptly the maintenence team handle everything for me problem free which is important as I live in Cyprus. Just had an issue with the boiler today and it was dealt with so smoothly by a staff named Aslihan. She managed to video call me and guided me in order to fix the issue and get it resolved urgently rather than waiting for an engineer. It was so nice of her to show me how to fix and giving her time to guide me through the whole process and enabling me to work on the boiler safely. She was very friendly and supportive and it was a pleasure speaking to her for the first time as I normally speak to another staff called Derya who is also so lovely and always been helpful with all the issues I have faced whilst living at the property. Them 2 staff are my favourites at Fileys and always go out their way to help. Keep up the good work and it was also really nice to put a face to the name today due to the video call. Now its Derya that I still need to see???? Thanks once again for all your help.

Had the displeasure of renting with Filey from 2019-2020, there were 4 locks on the front door but we were only given the key to one as well as broken windows. We were broken into & robbed on our first night in the property, and those issues still went unfixed.
Showed no empathy or concern, shocking service.

We have been renting from Filey properties for about 7/8 months now. We love living in Stoke Newington. All of our back and forth communication regarding maintenance issues with the house or contract extensions have been with a lovely lady named Derya. She is amazing and I would recommend Filey properties just because of how awesome she is. GO DERYA!
