We moved into our new home in June 2023. I am sure that without Marcus at Fine Homes, the sale would not have happened. His professional care, diligence and knowledge ensured that our chain remained stable and that we were able to move into home we wanted. Fantastic service from start to finish.
I asked Fine Homes to provide a valuation of our property and compared to the other more established high street estate agents, I felt instantly more comforted in their knowledge of the higher end housing of the local market.
Unlike the high street estate agents, I felt Fine Homes knew the real value of the property and didn't under value for the purposes of a quick sale. I did my own homework on the estimated the worth of our home and it definitely aligned more with Fine Homes evaluation.
Before we had even put our house on the market, Fine Homes had a prospective buyer in place and after a second viewing days later were in a position to make an offer just shy of the asking price.
The agreed commission fee was comparable, and whilst we had a buyer prior to having any photos, floorplan, marketing etc undertaken, the cost of these were outweighed thereafter when our intended purchase fell through. Fine Home's helped enormously, in helping to source alternative viewings for us, and when we did find somewhere (not via Fine Homes) the subsequently delays in communicating expectations down the chain to the other buyers with regards to delay timings etc was greatly appreciated.

I cannot recommend enough Fine Homes Property. After dealing with another estate agent, I can certainly confirm that Marcus is the best by far! Selling your house is a very emotional journey (especially if you are in a chain). Marcus has guided and provided support to all parts involved.
