We just sold through Freeman and Gray, Jason Brookman did a great job throughout. One bit of advice I would give if you do feel that your propety has unique properties is to right down a fact sheet and ask that it is distributed amongst the viewing agents. Our property was always going to be difficult to sell and it was always going to be a case of waiting for the right buyer. With it being so hit and miss you need to guarantee that the agents have all the tools they need. This would be the same for any agent.
Our biggest regret is that we didn't lower the price sooner and by enough. At the end of the day if offers are to low just say no.
Anyway big thanks to the team. We can now move on with our lives ????

Not impressed by the service at all. No communication. We had to chase after them for 2 days to get our offer across and revised for a property in Rainham. I don't believe that they had our or the sellers best interested at heart and would not use or recommend them. UPDATE for response: all you had to do was acknowledge and reply our emails when we put our offers in....

Freeman and Gray were amazing for our recent sale and they also sold my mums in unison too. If you are looking for an estate agent who know their stuff and really care about getting your house sold they are the company for you! My house was on the market for less than two days before it sold, and it also went for a considerable amount over asking price which Jason had predicted from the start. Special shout out to Jason Brookman who helped us throughout the process! He was always on hand to help push people when needed and to answer any questions we had, he explained everything so clearly including how he had come up with the valuation price etc . Another positive is it’s always an added bonus when it’s a no sale no fee situation too and shows them guys have that much confidence in selling your house they do not need to charge any ridiculous up front fees. I would definitely recommend to friends and family and if I ever need to use them again! ??

Second time of appointing Freeman and Gray to sell a house for me and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. A quick sale sale was required and Jason found me the perfect buyer and negotiated an acceptable price and the sale completed in record time. They gave me an appointment to see the house. On the day of the appointment, they called and said that the landlord says you cannot see flat right now, and they did not give any reason. Turns out they rented it to someone else. It's not nice at all. Because of this campaign, I couldn't rent another house that I liked!!!

However they tried to pitch in at the highest commission rate - for a new comer pitching in at that rate was very ambitious so with a bit of negotiation, pleased they come to their senses and agreed. However, with over exaggerated promises of selling quickly, successfully didn’t actually happen. Finally was talked into reducing drastically the selling price to help these newbies to sell. Even then, had to keep chasing them to get feedback from viewers too. Office hardly answered calls, messages returned many days afterwards. Office not open as many hours as said or have strong staffing levels. Follow them to hear what they say to potential buyers - then make up your own mind about them. Don’t believe their sales pitch when they’re trying to convince you. They have some good points so not all bad. In my experience though-should have changed agents when I had the chance.

Look no further!! I’ve had a few estate agents over the years, ‘Wards’ being the worst! They all seem to give you hope and attempt to tie you in with a ‘bait’ possible sale figure, then soon drop off as the weeks go on, but still want top dollar if the sale goes through!
Then fortunately for us along came ‘Joe’ from ‘Freeman and Gray Estate Agents’, lovely character, straight talking, knew his stuff inside out, completely realistic, excellent rate and is contactable outside normal office hours if required… the holy grail of estate agents! On top of that he is a really lovely guy who also thinks nothing about going above and beyond any estate agents out there to get you sold. I have also had the opportunity in dealing with owners Dan and Carl within the company, and again both had an extremely professional approach and were always there when you need them. The whole company is set up to make your sale a complete success, from first class photos and videos which also included drone footage, excellent adverts and first class communication, and they do all this without the hassle or stress that other estate agents seem to thrive on! Trust me don’t waist your time looking at other inferior agents give Joe a call and sit back you won’t regret it!
