Michelle, Harry, TJ, Sarah and Tammy have all gone above and beyond for me and my family and offered support and been honest, reliable and efficient in every way. The team are very hands on and nothing is too much trouble. I wouldn't use any other estate agent. Fab team, great service everyone :)

RUBBISH! No rent paid to me for months on end - gas safety checks not carried out leaving me liable for prosecution - spoke to my tenant who was very unhappy as well would not recommend

We had the pleasure of working with Warren at Haart. Warren was our Mortgage advisor and went above and beyond to ensure we had the right deal and he was so helpful with information and advice. He went through everything we would have needed to know as first time buyers and guided us through the whole buying process. We would highly recommend him, especially if your financial situation is a little bit complicated, he is full of knowledge.

Having completed on my first time buy last friday i am glad to say my first experience of using a dreaded "estate agent" could not be further from that old stereotype. From the point where registered my details with a kind & friendly lady called Donna, she was constantly sending me the new properties in the areas that i had told her i was looking as they came onto the market with haart. She also went out of her way to arrange me "out of hours" viewings which helped as i work til late! When i eventually found the one i wanted Ryan was really helpful in dealing with my offer, he was very clear and concise with me letting me know how the vendors felt about each negotiation even though he couldnt tell me what to offer. Once i got an accepted offer he seemed even more excited than i was that i'd finally purchased my first home! He was also very helpful in helping my understand my survey when it came back and what it meant. The whole team i found to be polite, courteous & most of all they let me know what was going on at each stage, which is crucial when the stress of solictiors and removals starts to sink in! When i come to buy again, it will definately be haart's properties i scroll through first!!

We have several properties which Tony at Mann and Co finds Tenants for, for us. They always manage to find suitable tenants very quickly for us at a very reasonable price. Great Service - Thank you.

I would highly recommend Mann & Co Strood. We have been letting our flats through them for the past 2 years and have always found Stewart and Tony polite helpful and very committed too giving us the best service possibly.

After having such poor service from the Gravesend office, I was surprised at the difference in the service I received from the Strood Office, they were so professional and quick, although I didn't end up buying through them, I would definitely recommend people to buy and sell through them

The service we received in putting our home on the market was brilliant and getting the best price for us. However after the initial setup and securing the sale price the service has been non-existent and extremely disappointing.
