we had a lovely estate agent called lisa. We really struggled to find a place due to having not so good credit but she helped us endlessly, very kind and considerate. Fantastic company and agents. We couldn't recommend anyone else.

In response to your extremely beggy comment, I will not be calling your office as I have called in the past and was spoken to by an extremely rude gentlemen called Peter, hence my one star. I was not aware that in order for me to leave you a review i had to be a "client, landlord, tenant, vendor, buyer or contractor" - perhaps i am just an unhappy POTENTIAL buyer who was put off by your extremely rude staff.. Many thanks.

Me and my partner chose Belvoir Rochester as first time renters for our first flat. Lisa was more than efficient and informative when it came to the process of renting including enquiring, viewings and other arrangements. She was very flexible which was greatly appreciated. The move went smoothly and we couldn't be happier. All emails are responded to exceptionally quickly and Lisa continue to be a great help if needed!!

The organisation of viewing the house was quick, the following correspondence on the acceptance of the house was quick, and the moving in process was quick. Belvoir were absolutely excellent in every aspect of our house purchase. They made what was an exceptionally stressful situation far less so, and we really felt that (unlike some other estate agents) they were on our side. Their communication was a particular strong point and they kept us up to date with every development no matter how small, and communicated with all aspects of the chain (both vendors and solicitors). A huge thanks to Peter and Karen in particular who did so much for us during this time. I could not recommend Belvoir enough and if we go to sell later on down the line there is no other estate agent I would consider to do this.
