Belvoir were absolutely excellent in every aspect of our house purchase. They made what was an exceptionally stressful situation far less so, and we really felt that (unlike some other estate agents) they were on our side. Their communication was a particular strong point and they kept us up to date with every development no matter how small, and communicated with all aspects of the chain (both vendors and solicitors). A huge thanks to Peter and Karen in particular who did so much for us during this time. I could not recommend Belvoir enough and if we go to sell later on down the line there is no other estate agent I would consider to do this.

Have had a brilliant experience with Belvoir Rochester in finding the perfect home for my partner and I to rent. We had spent months trying to find a place with different agencies and with Belvoir we found it on the first attempt. Alicia was extremely helpful in explaining the whole process and helping to explain all the information needed for our checks to be completed in a smooth and quick process. She has been happy to help with anything and been available when needed and we are looking forward to seeing her again for our move in date.

I have found Belvoir to be a very professional and efficient letting agent. Whether you are speaking to Peter or Sarah they are polite and friendly at all times. If you have any queries they are very knowledgeable and quick to respond. Belvoir have always provided suitable tenants with smooth changeover (I have had tenants move out in the morning and new ones arrive the same day in the afternoon) and rent always arrives on time. Yes I would recommend.

My wife and I and daughter have been renting our property for 8 years now via BELVOIR OF ROCHESTER.
I must say we are well looked after by them.
Friendly staff and always very accommodating.
If we ever have any problems they send their friendly professional specialists out sometimes the same day to resolve any problems.
We highly recommend BELVOIR ROCHESTER as they are genuine friendly professional lettings agency .

Excellent service from an agent who listened to what I wanted and then actually did what I asked. Also had a lady who worked as a "completer" who rang and hassled people to get the sale over the line which cut down on the running around I had to do. Much better experience than I had with other agents in Rochester.

My sister introduced me to Peter at Belvoir after several years of trouble free management of her property (preceded by some not so good management experiences which had given me cause for concern).
Belvoir have managed my property for three years now while I’ve been working abroad.
I was worried that renting my house could be a nightmare particularly at a distance but things have run very smoothly and any worries I may have had have not materialized.
Belvoir have provided an excellent service finding tenants and maintaining the property.
They have kept me fully me informed of any necessary replacements and renovations, which have all been done at very reasonable prices.
I’m very grateful for the service provided and would recommend them highly to anyone.

Very refreshing to be with an estate agent that actually seems to care for their tenants needs / wishes. Sarah is very friendly, warm and professional, and nothing was too much trouble, even when we wanted to change the viewing date at very short notice!.
Now we are moved into the property & we did have a little issue with it, but get on the phone, & straight away the problem was reported & someone came out to sort it within a couple hours.
Belvoir are a breath of fresh air after dealing with a very large estate agent who only care about you paying the rent don't bother to get repairs done & i highly recommend them to anybody who wants a professional service with a personal touch we were even sent a card after we moved in .

Following my initial meeting with Karen regarding letting out my house, I had no hesitation in appointing Belvoir to manage this for me so much so that I cancelled the other agent that was coming to see me.
Karen was very professional and attentive and ensured that we had suitable tenants.
As I was moving overseas I wanted to ensure that my property would be in safe hands and I can honestly say that from the first meeting with Karen to my now living abroad everything is being well managed. I get regular updates and reports and everything has gone smoothly.

I am so pleased my partner and I, happened to walk into Belvoir Lettings Rochester, on our hunt to rent a property in the area. Within a week of meeting first Karen and then Peter, we had viewed an apartment, were offered a tenancy, and all paperwork and moving in date done and dusted. All done with a friendly professional manner, that made us both feel at ease. We are on a short let, with our moving out date coinciding with a special family occasion, Karen knew I was worried about this, and off her own back, spoke to the owner of the apartment, explaining the situation, and managed to get the tenancy extended, if that's not going the extra mile, then I don't know what is. We look forward to an ongoing professional relationship with Karen and Peter at Belvoir, as they will be helping us look for our next home. Highly recommended if you need an honest, professional and friendly agency who go the extra mile.

It was my first time using an estate agent to rent a property, and was nervous about the procedure but after visiting belvoir lettings my nerves were quickly quashed. I visited rochester with a view to moving there from london and noticed a really nice apartment advertised in the window,karen welcomed me in and told me that she had a viewing that day but could also arrange a viewing for me also. The apartment was exactly what i was looking for and karen answered all my questions and eased any doubts and was very professional and friendly. Karen advised me to spend some time thinking about it which i did.I phoned her later that day to tell her i was interested in renting the property and within 24 hours she contacted me to say "the apartment is yours". A couple of days later i met with peter who is also very friendly and professional to do the necessary paperwork he made it all painless and explained everything precisely. Since the start of the tenancy i have had one or two things that needed sorting to which peter and karen handled quickly and efficiently. All told i would recommend belvoir lettings to anyone looking for a professional,honest and friendly agency.

They have recently sold a property for me that they were letting out and the service has been fantastic. For 18 months I had been struggling to find a buyer for my flat with other estate agents. When they took over selling of it, not only did they find a buyer within days, but the price they got for me was very good too. There were a number of other issues that arose, all of which were handled expertly and professionally. For me, they were outstanding.

As buyers of our chosen property, from first viewing to exchange (this afternoon) has taken less than 7 weeks! Karen & Peter kept in constant contact with us and our solicitor, as well as the vendor's solicitor. We had just pulled out of a purchase because the previous estate agent had not spoken to us for seven weeks (tho Karen and Peter didn’t know that before reading this review!)!
There were ups and downs, which were not Belvoir's responsibility, but Karen and Peter went way beyond their call of duty to smooth the way. If we require the services of an estate agent or lettings agent in future, we shall definitely be in touch with Karen and Peter.

Belvoir Lettings have been the best letting agency we have dealt with.
They are a very helpful agency! When we were first looking for a property to rent, we had viewed quite a few flats in the area, none to our liking. we then gave Belvoir lettings our specifications and our needs were met straight away. It was a very easy and painless process, the agency fees were a little higher than other letting agents but the service provided was to a very high standard. Our circumstances changed and only 6 months into our year contract, we needed to move, The letting agency were very understanding of our circumstances and did all in they're power to help us out. within 2 weeks of us needing to move they had found someone to take over our contract, meaning we didn't have to worry about the rest of the contract and payments. I would recommend this letting agency to everyone
