I changed my letting agent to Dockside Property Services from a ‘National’ agent a couple of years ago. I’m delighted with the service that I have received which is far more personal and friendly. With the national agent I used to wait up to 7 days to see the payment of rent in my account, whereas with Dockside it’s instant. The team have been really helpful with any query I’ve had and respond quickly to all emails. If you’re looking for an agent to not treat you as a number then Dockside are the ones to place your business with!

Tiffany is a letdown. I would NOT recommend dockside( previously named landmark) to anyone. I recommended a client to Dockside on 4 July. Tiffany, the area manager, sent me an email to increase my fee by 1.5%. This is ridiculous. If Dockside had any intention to increase my rent, this should be done when the new tenancy was signed beginning of July. I had been with Landmark for many years and this is how they treat their loyal customer after realising that they gave me a low estate agent fee which was under the old contract. Do you guys know how to run a business? I recommended a client to you and you then increased my fee? I would ask all landlords to stay away from this estate agent!!

He was also extremely fair and although the deposit took longer to come back to me than we hoped, he chased up and was honest with me when he could be.
Also Harry was great showing me round and fitting me in when I first viewed the place aswell.

I arranged to see a flat with Liveta from Dockside. Her area knowledge and legal knowledge were really good and put me at ease when it came to making a decision. The follow up paperwork stuff was also really good so overall I have had a good experience.

I want to make sure other people understand how great Dockside Property Services is as a real estate agent. They are professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable. Above all else they gave me great advice when I sold my place. I was in a situation where I was beyond frustrated.They went to bat for me numerous time. I was pursued for 2+ months by Dockside who insisted I was a tenant at one of their properties. Despite never having let through them and not being a tenant I continuously received calls and emails and staff insisting I was a tenant. It has now apparently been resolved and was down to my having the same name as an existing tenant and a 'mixup on the system'. It should not have taken so long to resolve nor been so painful.

Absolutely disgusting company! Do not rent through these people! They will leave you with a rat/mouse infestation, a collapsed ceiling and dodgy electrics. Extremely unprofessional. All they want is your money.

Dreadful. Completely useless in most respects. Took them over a month to get our oven replaced. Took them a month to get our deposit sorted and give us the extra rent money they owed us. Unprofessional 'organisation' - people are often away/sick with no one able to cover for them or pick up their work. Hassled us about signing a tenancy extension. Avoid if you possibly can or be prepared to spend a lot of time chasing them up for things.

I am currently renting a property from Dockside in Marina Heights...what an AWFUL company to deal with, they couldn't manage their way out of a paper bag! The property is brilliant, unfortunately they couldn't seem to arrange for contracts to be issued, keys handed over, transfer of utilities, will only issue one key and electronic entry for the building despite it being a 2 bedroom property, and 3 weeks later I am still waiting for my parking permit for the 'parking space which is included with the property'.
Try and get as much dealt with up front and if you can use a different agent for the property, do!

First class! The staff at Dockside were super-helpful when it came to assisting me with renting my property out at St Marys Island. We have had the same tenants in for almost two years now and they too are very happy with the service they get from Dockside. No issues here at all and believe me, I have used other local agents who have been shocking. Keep up the great work Dockside.
