I changed my letting agent to Dockside Property Services from a ‘National’ agent a couple of years ago. I’m delighted with the service that I have received which is far more personal and friendly. With the national agent I used to wait up to 7 days to see the payment of rent in my account, whereas with Dockside it’s instant. The team have been really helpful with any query I’ve had and respond quickly to all emails. If you’re looking for an agent to not treat you as a number then Dockside are the ones to place your business with!

Statements and rental receipts are received professionally, and on time every month. Alice is straight to the point and very experienced dealing with issues and legal requirements of making a property fit for rental. Highly recommended for landlords in Medway.
