Absolutely waste of time and money , totally bunch of cowboys. First tenant they found for me was Supposed to move in to my property on the 2 of October 2019 but 2 October come and gone nothing happened. After I told them I’m going to take my business elsewhere they found another tenant ,Second tenant was supposed to move in on the 9 of November but it never happened. I was always told pack of lies that just few more days wait . My property is in very good condition and in very good area, because of their negligence and laziness i lost nearly £3000 rent . I will never use your move Rochester branch again. Since then I have used another state agency Who found tenant for me in matter of time and new tenant moved in at the binging of December....
