Don’t waste any time looking for another estate agent. We went through two before we met Dean and Dierdre. The previous agents had plenty of people viewing and making offers, but they didn’t secure a sale once. We gave up hope and then Dean knocked on our door. Dean showed our property once and sold it straight away and secured it. We honestly don’t think we would have moved without them. The communication of Dierdre was exceptional. She single handedly wrangled all agents and solicitors in a 5 man chain and was I believe the reason for the success of the chain. I’ve never met estate agents like them and would only ever want to use them if I sell again. I beg ewe to choose them, you won’t regret it!

Deidre and Dean deserve 6 * from the very beginning they worked so hard to sell my late mothers home. Despite my mum passing and then having to get probate they stuck by me and helped me through all the process. They did not give up on me! The personal touch was second to none. They kept me updated at all times. I was able to call or text and ask questions. Nothing was too much for them. I would highly recommend EWE move. You will not be disappointed with their professionalism and personal touches. Thank you again for all your help and guidance. Chris ????

I instructed Dean and Dierdre from EweMove Sutton to sell my property. I was extremely happy with the professional service they provided, from start to finish. Their rates were very reasonable. Communication could not have been better. They were available to contact 24/7 and kept me well updated throughout the process, dealing with any queries calmly, honestly and efficiently. They provided a very personal service and I would only have to speak with them and not lots of different people taking my calls like how most of the other estate agents operate. They arranged an open day and booked in a full day's list of potential buyers. They sold my property very quickly, for a very good price, way over the asking price. On top of this, Dean and Dierdre really are a lovely, down to earth, approachable couple whom you feel really care about you. They helped me in so many ways that I know no other estate agent would. I can't thank you enough for how wonderful you both were and for making the whole process of selling, go so smoothly and efficiently. I first spoke to the Cheam and Sutton branch at the beginning of last year when I hadn’t made a final decision about selling my flat. Dean was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy, so I knew I wanted to use them when it was time to sell.
It was easy to communicate with Dierdre and Dean and they were available out of normal office hours. They set up a WhatsApp group which was used to update me on viewings and then on the progress of the sale. They are passionate about what they do and really care about getting a positive outcome.
There was no chain, but some last-minute glitches – Dierdre and Dean dealt with these professionally and honestly to help the sale progress.
This is the second time I have used Ewemove to sell my home, the first was with Graham at the Dorking branch. I would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Just completed with a house sale. From beginning to end the service received from Dean & Deidre of Ewemove has been above and beyond anything I ever would have expected from an estate agent. They are available beyond normal office hours and always kept me updated. A very quick and efficient service and I would recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their home.
