From our first interaction with EweMove we knew that they would do everything possible to sell our house. Having met Dean and found him so personable and enthusiastic about our sale, we knew he had to be our Estate Agent.
Dean and Dierdre are based in Cheam, just down the road from the property we were selling. They have an intimate knowledge of the local area; the types of property; and the needs of potential buyers. We are certain this helped with the sale of the house. Dean managed to get some viewings before we had even gone live on the selling portal. He quickly organised an open day and this led to an offer, above the sale price, which we accepted.
Our conveyancing process had a few glitches and delays and Dean and Dierdre were fantastic. They did everything they could to help us. Throughout, they were in regular contact with us; replied to our queries very quickly, often out of business hours; informed us when they had updates from our buyers; and because the house was vacant, they were always more than happy to be on hand to provide access to the surveyors and tradesmen we found ourselves needing.
Dean and Dierdre were exceptional. They provided a professional, personalised and friendly service. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice of estate agent. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

I’m so pleased I chose Dean and Dierdre to act as my estate agents for the sale of my parents house. They arranged excellent photography, which showed off the property to its full potential, and together with great marketing, meant that on the day the property went on the market, we had lots of interest. They arranged and attended multiple viewings, keeping us informed at every step. D&D quickly secured us a very acceptable offer. They recommended their contacts for conveyancing, and the sale has completed today without a hitch. The most stress free house sale I have ever experienced. I cannot recommend them enough.

From our initial meeting with Dean we were made to feel at ease. D & D live locally and have outstanding knowledge of the property market in Cheam & surrounding areas. Look no further for estate agents in the Cheam & surrounding areas! Dean & Dierdre are outstanding. We were blown away by the service & personalized touch throughout our entire sale process. Dean is detail oriented, easygoing and incredibly knowledgeable about the selling process, trends in the area, buyers and how to optimise for a good outcome. Don’t waste any time looking for another estate agent. We went through two before we met Dean and Dierdre. The previous agents had plenty of people viewing and making offers, but they didn’t secure a sale once. We gave up hope and then Dean knocked on our door. Dean showed our property once and sold it straight away and secured it. We honestly don’t think we would have moved without them. The communication of Dierdre was exceptional. She single handedly wrangled all agents and solicitors in a 5 man chain and was I believe the reason for the success of the chain. I’ve never met estate agents like them and would only ever want to use them if I sell again. I beg ewe to choose them, you won’t regret it!

Deidre and Dean deserve 6 * from the very beginning they worked so hard to sell my late mothers home. Despite my mum passing and then having to get probate they stuck by me and helped me through all the process. They did not give up on me! The personal touch was second to none. I first spoke to the Cheam and Sutton branch at the beginning of last year when I hadn’t made a final decision about selling my flat. Dean was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy, so I knew I wanted to use them when it was time to sell.
It was easy to communicate with Dierdre and Dean and they were available out of normal office hours. They set up a WhatsApp group which was used to update me on viewings and then on the progress of the sale. They are passionate about what they do and really care about getting a positive outcome.
There was no chain, but some last-minute glitches – Dierdre and Dean dealt with these professionally and honestly to help the sale progress.
This is the second time I have used Ewemove to sell my home, the first was with Graham at the Dorking branch. I would definitely recommend to friends and family!

To our amazement, Dean & Dierdre Sold our home on the same day it has been ever opened to the public. They were straightforward and transparent on everything they did. You could even reach them 7 days a week, if necessary late in the evenings too very unlikely other high street real estate agents.

Dean was punctual and did a lot of research about the area and comparative house prices before arriving. He explained the way his business works and the overarching mantra for the business which is aiming to distinguish itself in the property market.
I found Dean to be very personable and his approach was professional and friendly but also relaxed and not pushy in any way. His communications in the lead up to the appointment was spot on and he was very responsive. When he arrived, he was courteous
and reviewed everything in depth and clearly stated my available options and he even handed me a folder full of research he had carried out beforehand. He clearly intimately knows his market and is well-versed in assessing the property market and how it is changing in the surrounding area.
I can definitely recommend Dean to anyone, he is not a salesman, rather he's a businessman negotiating on your behalf and will do as much as he can to get you the best price for your property. His past experience and history speaks for itself and he knows the value of establishing his business is based on being trustworthy and having a good reputation.
