Originally went with different agents before Ewe Moves and were really let down. Swiftly changed to Dean who instantly obtained a really good asking price on the first weekend of viewings. Due to market instability it actually fell through and again on the 1st round of viewings they got me the exact same price. I have no idea how they got me really good offers so easily when other agents got nothing.
This was really important as we didn't lose the house we were buying. ????
We've now exchanged and these guys were chasing everyone all the way through. They do all the viewings themselves (which I learned how important that is) they both have the in-depth local knowledge. They kept us informed, always answer the phone, always chasing everyone to get the deal over the line.
They weren't the cheapest agent but certainly are the best in cheam by a long long way. They got me thousands more than other agents could have and they are worth every penny.
Honestly, if you live in cheam just go straight to these guys.

They were always extremely quick to respond (even out of hours, it made us wonder when they sleep!). We had regular, clear and reassuring updates from them via WhatsApp that kept us completely in the loop throughout. They were proactive in keeping everything moving as swiftly as possible, consistently staying on top of every detail and ensuring nothing fell through the cracks.
From the outset, they were very honest and transparent with us about the unique aspects of our property and what kind of buyers it might attract. From pain to pleasure!!
We were in a position that our first buyer failed to complete, the day before we were due to move, we were then in boxes for over two months, whilst we worked on another buyer but they wouldn't work to our timescales, the stress was immense, not withstanding the additional financial burden and potential legal action due to incompetence of others.
It was time to call in the A-team, we contacted Dean and advised him of our predicament, and whether he could find a buyer who could work to the timescales, he jumped on it, and within short order had a buyer lined up. With some tooing and froing with our old agent, we managed to get EweMove on board to do one viewing, and that resulted in us finally moving in a very short space of time.
We appreciate the help that Dean and Deirde gave us through this ordeal to find the right buyer for our house, so that we finally moved in to the house that we are making our home, and in hindsight wish we had instructed them initially.

We had engaged a No.1 Estate Agent to sell our mum’s property after her passing and found them to be unprofessional after the first buyer pulled out after 4 months. They failed to advise us what was need to be done to the roof in order to secure a sale.
We decided to engage the services of EweMove with Dean and Dierdre and they provide a whole different level of service from the first telephone call. They have earnt every penny of their fee for the house sale.
We felt very supported all the way through the process and their communication throughout was flawless. If they were unsure of answers to our questions they went out of their way to quickly find the answer or steer us in the right direction to find answers.

My sister and I were selling our mums property through another agent in a different area and our buyer was selling through Ewe Move. After many months of being lied to, by our agent, who refused to give me any details of other agents I gave a deadline to exchange which is when I contacted Ewe Move after their details were given to me. Our agent only spoke to us when we called and when we did speak it was always confrontational as they hid behind emails. I only spoke to Ewe Move for the first time last week and they explained where their buyer was in relation to our pending exchange, although they didn’t need to speak to me as I was not their client. I was extremely surprised that they even had the courtesy to call me and update me which was the polar opposite of our own agent. They told me the truth and if I lived in the area they cover I would have absolutely no hesitation to instruct them when I sell my house. I previously worked as an estate agent for over 20 years and know how important customer service is and I can honestly say that in the brief time I spoke to Ewe Move they are the only estate agent I have come across that do what they say. From our first interaction with EweMove we knew that they would do everything possible to sell our house. Having met Dean and found him so personable and enthusiastic about our sale, we knew he had to be our Estate Agent.
Dean and Dierdre are based in Cheam, just down the road from the property we were selling. They have an intimate knowledge of the local area; the types of property; and the needs of potential buyers. We are certain this helped with the sale of the house. Dean managed to get some viewings before we had even gone live on the selling portal. He quickly organised an open day and this led to an offer, above the sale price, which we accepted.
Our conveyancing process had a few glitches and delays and Dean and Dierdre were fantastic. They did everything they could to help us. Don’t waste any time looking for another estate agent. We went through two before we met Dean and Dierdre. The previous agents had plenty of people viewing and making offers, but they didn’t secure a sale once. We gave up hope and then Dean knocked on our door. Dean showed our property once and sold it straight away and secured it. We honestly don’t think we would have moved without them. The communication of Dierdre was exceptional. She single handedly wrangled all agents and solicitors in a 5 man chain and was I believe the reason for the success of the chain. I’ve never met estate agents like them and would only ever want to use them if I sell again. I beg ewe to choose them, you won’t regret it!

I first spoke to the Cheam and Sutton branch at the beginning of last year when I hadn’t made a final decision about selling my flat. Dean was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy, so I knew I wanted to use them when it was time to sell.
It was easy to communicate with Dierdre and Dean and they were available out of normal office hours. They set up a WhatsApp group which was used to update me on viewings and then on the progress of the sale. They are passionate about what they do and really care about getting a positive outcome.
There was no chain, but some last-minute glitches – Dierdre and Dean dealt with these professionally and honestly to help the sale progress.
This is the second time I have used Ewemove to sell my home, the first was with Graham at the Dorking branch. I would definitely recommend to friends and family!

To our amazement, Dean & Dierdre Sold our home on the same day it has been ever opened to the public. They were straightforward and transparent on everything they did. You could even reach them 7 days a week, if necessary late in the evenings too very unlikely other high street real estate agents.

Dean was punctual and did a lot of research about the area and comparative house prices before arriving. He explained the way his business works and the overarching mantra for the business which is aiming to distinguish itself in the property market.
I found Dean to be very personable and his approach was professional and friendly but also relaxed and not pushy in any way. His communications in the lead up to the appointment was spot on and he was very responsive. When he arrived, he was courteous
and reviewed everything in depth and clearly stated my available options and he even handed me a folder full of research he had carried out beforehand. He clearly intimately knows his market and is well-versed in assessing the property market and how it is changing in the surrounding area.
I can definitely recommend Dean to anyone, he is not a salesman, rather he's a businessman negotiating on your behalf and will do as much as he can to get you the best price for your property. His past experience and history speaks for itself and he knows the value of establishing his business is based on being trustworthy and having a good reputation.
