Contacted this estate agent the same day a flat went live. I met all the required criteria for rental and expressed my eagerness for a same day/next day viewing and my willingness to move quickly through the rental process. They took all my info and said they would be in touch, but never called me back. I called them the next working day to discover they had been holding viewings for others who had called after me, without getting back to me. I asked to arrange another viewing, which they put off for over a week - a delay that in this rental market often means you will be out of the running for a property immediately. Predictably, on the day of my viewing they called to say the flat had been reserved by someone who viewed days ago. This is either a display of pure incompetence, or the deliberate exclusion of some individuals over others. Either way, I recommend using better quality agents in future.

We rented a property through Connor Prince and they were fantastic, easily the best estate agent we have dealt with.
We spoke with Debbie throughout the tenancy, and she was always fast to respond and extremely helpful, and always a delight to speak to.
The maintenance team were brilliant, whenever we raised an issue, they were fast to act and regularly checked in with us to ensure the landlord had fixed the issues and to check if we needed any support.
We highly recommend Connor Prince.

Neil Prince came to show someone around while we were out. Firstly he left strangers in my house while he was outside! This is unacceptable we have valuables inside and no idea who was looking around by themselves!! We got home to find every single light on in he house all doors open in garage garden shed all blinds and curtains left in a mess absolutely disgusting. Stay clear very shady man

Never in the office when we called, never replied to our emails, didn’t seem interested in selling our (low value) property. When we phoned the office nobody else could help or give us information about what was happening with our property, or whether there were any potential viewings.
Talked a good talk and always had ‘an interested investor’ which never turned into a viewing.
Very slow on technology - took 4 days to remove the property after the end of our contract (after 2 weeks notice).
Had the cheek to try to get a sly viewing after we had moved on to another agent because ‘they were interested but couldn’t arrange a viewing last week’.
Poor service, and doesn’t seem to work with his team.
Unless you’re selling a high- value property with a juicy commission don’t bother.

After moving to the UK, Connor Prince was my 1st letting agency (and Debbie was my 1st letting manager) and our experience was too good to be true. No issue from the day I moved in till the date I moved out. Best estate agency ever. I will miss renting with them. Very honest and professionals.

Connor Prince is one of the best companies we have ever dealt with. They are very quick, open and honest with their responses and have a very personal and friendly approach.
They have really gone out of their way to help us find a home and I cannot recommend them enough. We have been dealing with Simon who has been helping us through the process. He has been such a pleasure to work with and really takes the stress out of a stressful process.
We will definitely be listing with them should we ever be on the selling side!

I made an offer on a house but the agent said they will not pass my offer as the seller found a cash
buyer.
8 months later (meaning it was NOT a cash sale) the house appeared as sold on zoopla and the price
sold was 20k less than what I offered.
The agent did not act in the sellers interest, the agent just wanted a quick sale to make their
commission!!!

Connor Prince Is a rare treasure on the High Street, an estate agent that is honest and truly supports their clients. They provided an excellent service from start to finish. When Neil came to evaluate my property, he was honest and helpful and not at all pushy. His colleague Simon was brilliant throughout a long and difficult sale and without him I do not think it would have gone through. You will never regret to choose them for your house selling or buying next house. I personally appreciate Mr Neil at Connor prince he is such a great person, he understood our situation well and helped us from the beginning to complete all the process. Also he knows which house can be fit for you and has great experience in Worcester park local area.

I cannot rate Connor Prince highly enough! I had dealings with Debbie and Neil who were incredibly supportive during a very difficult house move. They were understanding, patient and very professional. Thanks to Neil, we were able to sleep easy days before we signed the contract and Debbie made the whole process of renting, extremely painless! I am very satisfied with the work Greg and others at Connor Prince have done for me. I have had several issues arise which they dealt with effectively. Although estate agents get a poor press I do not think it is deserved with this company. If I had another property to sell I would happily use them again.

I would give 0 stars if it would be possible. The most unprofessional agents I have ever come across. They have properties on their books where the owners do not want to sell. Adam is extremely unprofessional, not replying to email offers or any other correspondences. Needing to chase him via telephone multiple times. Just poor service and I have no trust in this amateur outfit. Do not use them.

we wanted to put an offer on a house and we were told by Adam that the owner was not taking any offers at the time and they will call me when the owner is ready to take offers.
few days after, the website states that the very same house was under offer.
my wife emailed them to complain about it.
they did not even have the courtesy or professionalism to acknowledge our email.
all in all very bad service

We have recently moved into a property let by Connor Prince.
At the beginning we had some problems of different kinds like the fridge wasn't working or the hot water was randomly stopping.
Thanks to the helpful Connor Prince agents, all of this was sorted very quickly and professional.
