Have come to the viewing with Lois Tod.. at moorfields. I really liked the property and mentioned I need to move as soon as due to personal matters. The guy named Lois told me to do quick referencing application to see if I'm suitable and told me to wait as he's waiting for response from the landlord, I've been waiting 2 weeks just to find out the let has already been agreed, without him contacting me to make me aware of it. Fincncially everything was fine from my side, also having home guarantor.I really don't mind you letting property to someone else just keeping people on the hook, so in case the person pull out you can take me in is very unprofessional. Therefore, 1 star. Some people are really NPCs in this world. ????????... Read more

Absolutely appalling at block management. They do not care about tenants at all and expect them to live in horrendous living conditions. All they care about it Money. I have also seen a lot of negative reviews about ‘Joel’ and I can confirm that he is unreliable, dishonest and only cares about the landlord, not the tenants. Please do not hire these people for any reason.... Read more

I find this agents to be very unprofessional after being let down on several occasions when trying to arrange block management. First meeting had been scheduled but was advised that there may be a slight delay due to an eviction, so I messaged Joel before our appointment to double check he would be out that day as I was waiting at the property. He responds 1 hr after the agreed time that he wouldn't be able to make it and that the only options were that he could meet later in the day or the following day, so I opted for the following day. I messaged him the following day to confirm his visit and he responds with that he is not able to come out unless I speak to other stakeholders to agree on costs prior to him visiting. later that day I confirm with other stakeholders and all happy to go ahead so I call Joel again and he advises me that his colleague will visit the property but will call before he does. well its been over a week no visit no call no nothing. Dont normally write reviews but i thought i share my experience of how incompetent this company comes across if your thinking of letting them manage your property think before you use this clown service.... Im kinda disappointed, saw a house I really wanted to view, emailed straight away but got no answer, the next day I emailed again and even phoned twice went straight to vocie mail I left my number in the vocie message... got nothing.
