I was thinking of selling my home and out of curiosity I contacted concentric to value my house and boom……… Elisha came round, my house was on the market that evening, the next day they organised a block booking of 10 viewings then the day after that I had 3 offers!
Elisha had expert knowledge of the housing market and was very helpful and professional. She guided me on the sale price but ultimately let me make all the final decisions holding my hand through the whole process.
I was then passed over to Chloe to deal with the sale of my property and the purchase of my new property.
Chloe was just gorgeous and not only acted as my estate agent but also my councillor when my anxiety about the process and the time that the solicitors were taking, was through the roof. .She was always there as a voice of reason and to bring me back down to earth when I needed it. She went out of her way to chase people up and kept me in the loop every step of the way. She was so patient with me and I couldn’t of received a better service from her.
Genuinely, thank you girls for guiding me on this journey to getting my dream home.

Avoid this Concentric Sales and Lettings Liverpool if you are a tenant.
After dealing this Letting Agent and when you're ready to move in is when you will discover the rooms can be in a filthy state with Mould all over the walls, Mound behind furniture, rubbish hid under the bed.
I felt the management acted in the spirit of deceitfulness they can suddenly stop returning any emails or phone calls so they can deliberately treat anyone in a horrible manner.
The properties are Not cleaned , they try to make the rooms to look like they in a good shape when you view it but when you actually move in you discover the truth how dishonest they are, all the repairs that have never been done, then if you email them you will be ignored.
They will make sure you sign the contract away from the property so they can hide the problems. They act like scammers . You can email them , ring them they will ignore you provide they have taken your money and lure you into a situation to make you sign a document or they will not give you the keys. Very disgusting unprofessional attitude.

Really poor experience with Concentric. We have an HMO in Liverpool and, as friendly as the team are, they don't have a great understanding of how an HMO should be managed. There were particular failings where fire regulations are concerned, which we take very seriously, and nowhere near enough attention to detail in resolving problems. In the latter stages of our working relationship with them, we realised there was some maintenance work that needed doing in one of the bathrooms. We were given a quote for the work, and were informed by Concentric that the work had been completed. We then paid the invoice for that work, only to find out subsequently that it hadn't been done at all. They disputed this and we just decided to cut our losses and our ties with them. They are expensive and I don't feel that their knowledge and experience of the market and its regulations is a fair representation of the fees they charge, or the service that they provide.

Appalling service. As a landlord I asked them to find me a tenant. The tenant they found was someone who had a previous county court judgment. They failed to inform me. Then for 8 weeks they ignored my complaint and tried to make it go away. Eventually they accepted the truth. And then after agreeing to compensate me they couldn’t even do that properly.
The customer service was simply the worse I have seen from a agent in 15 years. And the fact I was discussing it with senior management makes it worse.

Avoid this place if you are a tenant. We moved into a property that we were told would be repainted, cleaned, and completely empty. The place was filthy, smelled awful, and there was quite a bit of furniture left from the previous tenants. We also had no electricity for much of the weekend as concentric hadn't advised us that there was a prepayment meter and advised us that the wrong company had supplied our electricity. This took four hours in the dark on moving day before an electrician provided us with a temporary supply (which was switched off first thing on Monday).
We have called three times and emailed several times, as well as requested that someone from the office come to the property and address our concerns, but we have received not even as much as an apology. We have heard from maintenance but the branch office haven't returned any of our emails or calls.
This property had been empty for a little over a month so there was plenty of time for Concentric to address these issues. If we were aware that nothing had been taken care of prior to our move in date then we would have gotten the keys a few days earlier so we could have arranged a deep clean and repaint. We have spent a small fortune on cleaning products, paid the electricity debt on the meter to have electricity switched on, lost a freezer full of food, and are still living out of boxes as we are still in the process of a deep clean. If you treasure your sanity and want a stress free move, stay as far away from this company as possible.

This agency is the worst I’ve had the misfortune to deal with after years of renting. Their home is infested with cockroaches and mice, and when informed they ignored the issue for over a week, and with no investigation by a pest-control agency they inform me that the home “is not infested with pests”.
Hot water has been broken for two weeks before they made repairs, water leaking into the kitchen was ignored as well until they were legally obliged to send an inspector who did nothing to make repairs.
The agency takes advantage of renters who cannot afford legal protection. Stay as far away as possible.

They are professional and do everything by the book and expect high standards from their landlords which is a good thing. However, their fees are far too high in comparison to other agents. Even if someone moves into your property the day after the last tenant moved out it will cost you almost 2 months rent in exit fees/finders fees/management fees etc. I found there are plenty of equally good agents that don't have so many fees.

After reading the reviews I was convinced Concentric Lettings would be a promising agency...how wrong was I. With having been in contact with a number of letting agencies, I can honestly say Concentric Lettings has been the worst of them all. They were completely unhelpful and shockingly un-professional with a bad attitude to top it off. I am now convinced that the positive reviews are by Concentric Lettings themselves, as I haven't the faintest idea how anyone could rate them as highly as found. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

My experience with Concentric Lettings was of very high standard. Rachael who looked after me throughout the process provided a professional, friendly,efficient service. Rachael took the time to understand and care of my circumstances and needs and worked extremely hard to ensure i could move into my property when i needed to.The stress and pressure that can sometimes be a part of moving property was taken off my hands and paperwork made easier. If Rachael wasnt around when paperwork was needed etc she ensured that other members of the team were up to date with what was needed to be done so i didnt have to explain myself over and over. Excellent team work and top service would highly recommend Concentric Lettings.

I went to Concentric to manage my HMOs in the city on recommendation. While I had previous experience of letting other types of properties, I had found the complexities of HMOs overwhelming, but Steve Latham and his team took over the technical side. They also advised a refurbishment of the properties, which has made a world of difference to their letting performance. I have dealt with Rebecca, Rachel, Sarah and Laura and found them all very friendly, approachable and professional. I can honestly say they have transformed the investment for me. The only reason I have given four stars rather than five is because I would much prefer a consolidated statement on the letting rooms once a month, rather than having an individual statement for each of room, which can result in a lot of book-keeping, but I understand from conversation with the head office accountancy team this is not possible. Overall though, thoroughly recommended.

I have never met such an unhelpful, deceiving company. I rang before my appointment to tell them i was running a little late due to unforeseen circumstances, when i arrived at the property there was no estate agent there, therefore i rang the offices again in order to see if someone was on their way. There was no answer at the offices. I waited until 18:30; 45 minutes after my appointment time but still no one arrived. The next day i received a voice mail stating they had received a missed call of myself. Therefore i rang the offices back and a member of the company answered, i stated that i wanted to make another appointment after the mix up the previous evening. However she told me they had not received a call from myself (even though her colleague had returned my phone call) and that i was not allowed to re book an appointment, i quote "because you were late you might not be able to view the property". She also stated that they were in the office until 18:30, which is strange as i did call a number of times and no body was there to answer my phone call. I would not recommend this company unless you want to be taken for a ride. There "I haven't got time for you" attitude is not what a customer looks for!!

I had tried a few letting agents before I was recommended Concentric by a friend and was most taken aback as to how helpful they were to my individual needs,everything was explained to me in "words" I understood,I mostly dealt with Miss Sarah Hughes but know that more of the staff were involved in my application for my tenancy of one of their properties,I cant fault them at all even the lemon sherbets on the reception desk stood up to my inquisition! I would highly recommend Concentric lettings to anyone especially if they've tried and been let down by anyone else.

A pleasure to deal with. First property went very quickly after after I had wasted a lot of time with another agent. Dealt with Sarah mostly. Decided to try some of my other props in an out of town area. These had been difficult to let using another agent. 2 of the four are now let after less than 2 weeks. No b@##%*^t and no excuses. Just good service.

I have no hesitation in recommending Concentirc Lettings to experienced and inexperienced landlords alike. The team is professional and deal with all matters efficiently, quickly and diligently.
Recently, my wife had a property for rental with an agent she has dealt with for some time. The property was empty for a couple of months and the agent recommended a reduction in the headline rent. I recommended that she placed the property with Concentric Lettings. A week later Sarah and the team found a very nice tenant paying the asking rent.
Concentric Lettings are the best letting agents I have come across in many years. Well done.

Concentric lettings management team have a great understanding of the professional letting business. I have now transferred my full property porftolio for the team to manage. Concentric have been able to find good quality tennants for many of my properties and i am very impressed with the teams professionalism. I have now been able to take a back seat and let concentric run my property portfolio knowing my investments are in safe hands.
